After some miscommunication initially manager and regional manager are going above and beyond to make sure everything is right. That tells me they care about their customer. That’s very rare for an auto shop. Would recommend.

I will be taking this company to small claims court. I told them not to cut my rotars and they cut them under spec. I spend $ 600 for brakes and my Car always makes noise. I went to sts in williamstown after calling the district manager. The noise stopped for about 2months and is back and is ten times worse. I am filing a small claims court appearance I want my Money back!

I won’t be returning to this location. I had 2 tires replaced on a Honda Civic and made an appointment for 12:00PM. I was there at 11:55AM and sat in the waiting room for an hour until they finally brought my car in at 1:00PM. I made the appoint at 12 because I get an hour for lunch and an hour is more than enough time to replace two 15″ tires. Well, after an hour they finally brought my car into the shop. Took them about 20 mins from there to get the job done. I complained about the timing during check out and all I received was«Sorry about the time.» If you are going to schedule appointments then please keep them. I also realized that I should have checked the work order before signing — as when I left and finally looked at my receipt and there was the added charge for Road Hazard that I was never asked about. I will never be returning here and will never recommend this location to anyone. I have had tire service done at other STS locations(Cherry Hill, NJ) which was great but this one was an awful experience.
