Business Owner
JTS Landscaping Co. was established in 1994. Their first location was started at the owner’s parents’ home. At the time the company consisted of three employees and two trucks.
In 1999, Joe Pavlovicz purchased the current residence and began operating. A major upgrade to the facilities was made in the winter of 2004 — almost doubling the size of the facilities.
Throughout its existence, JTS has been a company in a constant state of growth. In contrast to its modest beginnings in 1994, JTS now employs two full-time in-house designers, three full-time foremen, one full-time assistant foreman, one full-time office manager, and averages 6 – 10 seasonal workers. In addition, the company’s collection of equipment had grown exponentially compared to the two trucks it started with just fourteen short years ago.
