Pinnacle Towing & Transport

Last year, I was stranded on the side of the road. My car broke down on the high way and I called on Pinnacle Towing. Never again. They took over TWO AND A HALF HOURS to get to me! Did I mention that my car died and it was winter? I was freezing and had no one able to come and get me at the time. I called Pinnacle back several times and they just seemed to brush me off, the dispatch telling me «Oh, they’ll be there soon. They’re almost there.» Liars! They were not. I understand weather conditions account for SOMETHING… but nearly 3 hours? I was in the same city as them! Then to make matters worse, the man that showed up was rude and nasty to me. He was horrible and acted like I was an inconvenience to him… I’m sorry, but isn’t it your job to help people in need? And then for the icing on the cake, the pricing was TWICE as much as other companies in the area! It was absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!
I tried to take the high road and let it go, but recently my boyfriend’s car broke down and we had to call a tow truck. We googled companies nearby and Pinnacle came up, saying that it was BBB A+ Accredited. I was like, «How!?» So I did some investigating, going on the BBB official website and looking them up… TO FIND THAT THEY’RE FRAUDS!!! They are definitely NOT an A+ business… they’re not even accredited! That is illegal on so many levels of wrong…
Customers beware and heed my advice. This place is a joke and shady as hell. Their prices and words are a scam and I would NOT trust them. They fraudulently advertise that they are a BBB accredited company and they are DEFINITELY NOT!!!

FUCKING HORRIBLE! We have been sitting on the side of the road for over two hours. Our car broke down on 77 north right past the 80/​turnpike ramp. We call our insurance because we get towing from them in our plan. They set up the towing company to come get us. Estimated 1 hour until pick up.
Hour and a half later we watched the tow truck turn around 100 YARDS from us. A cop approaches us to see what’s up. Calls towing company to see where they are and the guy told him that we were out of his coverage and he was too busy to get us. Did I mention that he was 100 yards away from us? Because at the 100 yard mark Summit county ends and Cuyahoga county starts. Oh and the awesome part was that Pinnacle called our insurance and told them that they had been driving up and down 77 and never saw us. Bullsh! t!!!
100 fuckin’ yards. Why didn’t the tow company call US?
Don’t use this place. Fuck them.
