Megan has been doing my hair and eyebrows for almost seven years. I always receive a ton of compliments on the cuts — she does a great job angling and layering my hair to flatter my face. In addition, she has done my hair for multiple special events — including my wedding. On my big day she arrived at my home (at the time we agreed on) and knocked my hair out of the park. In addition to making me feel absolutely gorgeous and making my hair perfect, she was also incredibly calming to have around on such an insane day. I can’t recommend her services highly enough.

This is a very friendly & clean environment, the staff is very professional and courteous. I always leave there with the exact hair style that I have requested and always get many compliments. I would highly recommend them to family and friends!

This is not the person you want to deal with for a wedding! Run now!
She will not send you a contract, she will not respond to you, and then two months before your wedding when you move your hotel venue 15 minutes away, she will use that as an outlet to tell you she booked a wedding at 6am the same morning, 1.5 hours away from your venue. You are better off doing your own hair!
The most unprofessional person you will deal with! No business ethic whatsoever. Save your money and spread the word to your other friends getting married!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The Owner is Rude and the staff incompetitent at scheduling and answering the phones. Also the Groupon they offer is a scam!!! They tell you there are no available stylists except Suzi who honor it and then it takes 5 weeks to get an appointment, only to have Suzi be a NO SHOW when you go for your scheduled appointment. They say it must have been a mistake didn’t youget the phone message? The owner refused to refund the value of the Groupon after refusiing to provide services!!! Rude and Inappropriate business practices!!! It’s a scam and should be reported

I bought a Living Social deal for this salon for a haircut, partial highlight and style. I called to schedule an appt and was told that «This is Suzy’s coupon so she’s the one to schedule with.» I left a message and she called me back to set up an appt 3 weeks out (my choice).
I arrived tonight for my appt and was told by Annie (?) «Oh Suzy’s not here. Someone must have scheduled you for me by accident.» My thought was — oh, ok, well that’s fine, let’s just get my hair done. NOPE. She would not take me because «it is Suzy’s coupon.» I asked for consideration since I was standing right there ready for my hair appt. She just looked at me and said NO and we just stood there and stared at each other for about 10 seconds because I was sure that I was imagining this. She said «we all pay for our own booths here and we didn’t run a Living Social deal, Suzy did.» I asked to speak with the owner. Annie said — «I am the owner. Suzy and I own this together.» UM WHAT???
So, I was speaking to the owner THE ENTIRE TIME and even she would not honor my Living Social deal. I have worked in customer/​client based service for 17 years and I have never experienced an owner of a company refusing service. Isn’t Living Social and Groupon and the like intended to be used to get new customers interested in your business?
Not one time during this entire time did Annie apologize for the situation. Not one time.
I wrote to Living Social and asked them to refund my money.
