My car battery died last night right before 10pm. Hyundai Roadside Service sent Seminole Towing & Recovery and they got there in less than 30 mins! These people are a God send. The technician was very professional, knowledgable, respectful and calm. (I felt like my mind and mouth were going a hundred miles a minute with worry!) He gave me the address and telephone number to the dealership where he was towing my car. (The dealership was closed so I would have to call them in the morning.) No problems in dropping off my car. It’s now 1:30pm the next day and I’ve picked up my car (with a new battery) from the dealership. 100% Recommend Seminole Towing & Recovery! They made this as painless as possible given the dead battery.

I was given the runaround and kept handing for over 3 hours by another tow company that my roadside carrier had assigned.
After hours of excuses, my tow was reassigned to Seminole Towing and their driver was there in less than 30 minutes.
I had been so frustrated and stressed out after 3 hours, but their prompt response and the sympathetic driver made me feel a million times better.
He got my car loaded promptly and was on his way before I even finished complaining about the other company to my neighbors!

My family got stuck at the mall after closing with bad battery. Seminole towing came out with thin 45 minutes and took us and our car home. Great driver, very courteous and it was pretty cool he has the same last name as us. I highly recommend David Whitehead from Seminole towing!!!
