Hello, my name is Ryan Nichols. I own and operate Nichols Pc Help, located in Sedona, Arizona. I grew up using computers. Fixing them, doing projects, playing games, creating websites, art, and also staying connected through social media.

A lot has changed since i started using computers, but I have constantly adapted to this ever evolving technology. I enjoy teaching others to get the most out of their computers. So give me a call, and I will get your computer running again. Hope to work with you soon!

A virus not only ate my computer, but got into my external hard drive and completely scrambled ALL my backups. I brought the drive to Ryan after lunch on Friday, and he spent the rest of that day AND the weekend trying to recover my data — successfully! Bless you, Ryan.

We were not getting consistent wifi signal strength throughout our house. Since we were installing solar panels, we also needed to have an additional connection for the Smart Meter/​inverter, which would be located at the furthest point from our wifi hook-​up. We are technologically capable, but this was just beyond our grasp. I summoned the Sedona Bulletin Board for the best computer person and the instant, overwhelming positive response was for Ryan. He quickly responded and came out to the house the same day we called. He did a walk through with my husband, gave great advice, and we were happy with the price, too! We will be calling him soon, for step 2 of the implementation plan.

In May 2012, I called NIchols PC Help at approximately 5pm on a weekday. I was desperate for some last-​minute help with a college video project that I had to create on my computer. By 7pm, I was at Nichols PC Help in Sedona! Ryan helped me work on my project for 2 hours during his usual supper time. My project was finished and submitted in only 2 hours. I got an A on the project. I highly recommend him for help, especially for NAU students.
