Gwendolyn Barclay, creator of Sun and Soul, provides therapeutic massage that combines Swedish massage, deep tissue, Trigger Points, and passive stretch. Each bodywork session is tailored to fit the specific needs of the client.



Sun and Soul Botanical Apothecary creates natural, organic, earth friendly products. These products strive to reconnect people with the healing properties found through plants and offer remedies that help to maintain health and wellness. Drawing upon the scenery of northern California, seasonal inspiration, and exploration, Sun and Soul is a line of plant-​based formulas that are holistic, gentle, and enriching.

I received my training in Sonoma County with Sebastopol Massage Center, earning my certification as a Massage Practitioner. I continue to develop my skills as a massage therapist though education and practice. My intent is the maintenance and restoration of the body’s natural state of balance. Following an initial consultation, each massage is personalized to the unique needs of the client. Each treatment combines a balanced range of techniques that include Swedish massage, deep tissue, Trigger Point, passive stretch, and pulsing. All supplies are natural, biodegradable, and free of harsh chemicals.

Business Owner

I have always said I am a student of life following my heart. I am hoping to help others along the way.

In addition to my massage training, I am also a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, reinforcing my awareness of the body’s movement, energy flow, and blockages.

Creating natural remedies for nutrition, home, and beauty is a life long practice of mine. Sun and Soul Botanical Apothecary has been created in order to allow me to share my dedication to holistic living.

Currently I am also working as a Certified Nurse Assistant in a rehabilitative convalescent home. My interactions with so many wonderful humans in a place of recovery and passing has inspired me to share my interest and knowledge of natural health.
