I absolutely love this store! Always have! I have been going since she opened up years and years ago! Very friendly, very connected to whats out there and the prices points and has an across the board resell policy that applies to all sales both bought and sold, this leaves out the mystery.
I have been in the business for years. I owned my own mid to high end boutique selling new clothes for 5 years and I know my stuff… These ladies are doing not only everything on the up and up, but are very engaging and helpful. The vast majority of reviews here very favorable and supportive, but, of the few that are not I can only say, you most likely do not know the business…
Can’t wait to go back and spend more money I don’t have! Thank you ladies for so wonderfully supporting my addiction! I always feel like I am shopping at my girlfriends house!

Little update… Be sure to call first before you bring in your clothes to confirm *what* they may be taking in during that week, to avoid a trip and possible embarrassment… I brought in some high end pieces, and some middle range, but because none of them were free people and Anthropology, was told that week there were only excepting «free people and Anthropology» pieces, and she did not take anything… Some of the pieces were in fact, high end clothes. Not everyone knows all the high end brands.

Love their selection. Always can find cool, hip clothing. Great for young women and older women alike. Clothing is organized by color which is a plus. They only take the best stuff.

Launch is the best recycled clothing store I’ve ever shopped at! I live in Southern California, and any time I come to town I have to stop here. Amazing selection of high end clothes, unique jewelry, and beautiful home décor at an affordable price. Courtney is always so helpful, and she creates a loyal relationship with the usual shoppers so she can get to know your taste, and knows how to help you find things you’ll love. She’s amazing! Launch is amazing! It’s like Buffalo Exchange meets Crossroads meets Sonoma County. They have an awesome selection of clothing, shoes, jewelry, home goods and more. I love that they group by color and they have HALF OFF SALES! Hello gorgeous.

I love this shop, it’s a wonderful place to browse around and find unique clothing and art from the community. Shana is so kind and truly cares about her customers.
I tend to have a hard time finding things, and that’s mainly due to the people bringing things in being a smaller size from me. The curse of curves I suppose.
This shop is definitely worth checking out, the clothes I’ve found there have stayed with me for years!

Thought I’d check in this week to see if the place had changed. Sadly the sales person was snobby. The clothes over priced and what an odd collection. I guess the are trying to cater to the 20 – 50 yr old clientele but it just comes off as confusing. My biggest complaint was the rude staff followed by the over priced clothes.

Launch to the rescue! I moved to Sonoma County some months ago from the East Bay Area and was bemoaning the fact that I couldn’t sell my clothes any more or trade for some beautiful new ones. Then I found out about Launch and was really delighted to find very high quality clothing, a super friendly staff and no lines or wait (always happens in the East Bay!). I’ve bought four pieces there now and absolutely love them all!

I bought a gift for my girlfriend from this place and it was worth it. Courtney was very helpful in guiding me to buy the right gift for my girl friend. The owner Shauna is very kind and sweet as well.

I’ve been selling my clothing at Launch for years, not to mention also shopping there for years! This store has a unique selection of designer and trendy clothing. Anything from Free People to forever 21. I also love that I can find Anthropologie brands without leaving Sonoma County (or paying retail!). Everything is selected in pristine condition, the prices are amazing, the sales are even better and have a cult following. Check out this little gem of a store!

Beware ! I brought a bag of cloths to sell… Keep an eye on the cloths you sell her, she hid the cloths behind the counter, I couldn’t see what cloths she kept, …what a fool I was,…so she was able to buy my $ 300.00 pair of jeans for $ 10.00…Wasn’t till I got home that I realized what happened… :(. Feeling ripped off
Don’t trust her and go thru every item with her, that you sell her.

Great little consignment shop! Awesome good quality CUTE vintage and designer clothes. You never have to sift through junk, everything is stylish and trendy! Good prices, and they have weekly deals on the sales rack and huge half off sales! Oh, and the people who work there are super sweet and engaging! Love this shop! X0X

Get on their email list to be informed about their 50%off sales. They have a lot of designer brands and everything is in great condition. I got some great deals today.

I’ve been wanting to stop by this store for weeks and finally did two days ago. It is small but well organized (the racks are organized by color) and has items ranging in price from $ 5 – 150. The store had the typical dusty smell and feel of most thrift stores, but I found several pieces that I tried on and ended up walking out with a never-​worn Calvin Klein cardigan for $ 20 and a cute tank top for $ 8. Their $ 5 rack drops down to $ 1 on certain days and I signed up for their email list in order to be notified of their semi-​annual half off sale :) Glad I gave this little spot a chance!

Great thrift shop with tons of vintage clothes, boots, lingerie, art furniture and household goods. Randy the owner and super nice and helpful. Great prices too! A MUST if in Sebastopol!

Great half off sales at least twice a year. Plus specials on the first Saturday of each month. Add to that a $ 5 and $ 10 rack that go even cheaper at least once a week and you get what can be a great deal if you have the time and patience to go through their clothes.
I haven’t sold here in quite some time because I somehow manage to always go in when the buyer isn’t there… and the girls who are there are the time aren’t as willing to buy. So… I have a bag of clothing that I still need to sell!

Launch is a staple for us Sebastopol ladies that really don’t want to take the trip to Santa Rosa or Petaluma to find cute quality stuff at totally reasonable prices. I’ve found super designer steals as well as target brand deals and almost never walk out without at least a cute thing or two to add to my wardrobe. The staff are super nice and Shana, the owner knows her stuff. They also buy clothing, shoes and accessories outright. Gotta love it.

This shop was voted best in So County by the Bohemain; and for good reason… it is amazing!!! The buyer of the used clothes that come in to the shop has an amazing eye as every article I see within the shop is incredible. I want Launch to be my own personal closet. Every time I step in the store I am guaranteed to find something… and sometimes more than I should ;-)

This place is amazing! They have great gently used clothing great local jewelry as well. The staff is friendly and helpful

As someone who consigns a lot of clothes all over the place, I’ve gone from loving Launch to feeling pretty neutral about the place.
Their consignment system was very fair, and a good way to get a good price for brand name stuff. But they’ve switched to buying items outright, making them far pickier about what they take, and while a little shot of cash is nice, you end up getting a LOT less money for your clothes. I wouldn’t of been able to buy the same volume of clothes at Salvation Army with the cash I got last time. It’s a bum deal, and it’s bumped them down to the bottom of my list of places I take my stuff to.
As a shopper, they have frequent sales (worth showing up for) and good customer service… very helpful and they definitely go the extra mile.
