I finally reached a point where I felt like I had wrecked my body so much that I felt disconnected with the jumble of knots and joints it had become. Suffice it to say, I was desperate to find someone to work it back into a form I could recognize.
An hour with Harry did wonders. I feel like I’ve reconnected with my physical self. You know when you get so tight that it makes you flinch at the touch? Harry has a way of gently holding you in so he can work it back into shape.
Beyond the physical bodywork, Harry has such a calming presence. He makes for a just lovely, beautifully relaxing experience.
(FYI: Harry is currently practicing out of Yoga Mandala on Telegraph. Email is great for making appointments.)

Harry is an excellent practitioner who has worked on my whole family. His technique is classically precise, artful, and liquifyingly relaxing. He fixed my shoulder in one go!
