If you’re searching for a place that offers active, healthy and affordable fun, you’ll find it at the Y. When you join the Y, you’ll get access to all 13 YMCAs in greater Seattle and hundreds of free programs, like Zumba®, Yoga and Cycling, to name a few.

So, no matter where you go — work, school, home, or in between — you’ll find a Y nearby that fits your schedule. We infuse fun and play into everything we do! And it’s not just for kids! There are tons of programs for families and adults too!

And of course, the Y offers all the latest fitness classes and equipment so members always have choices on how to keep healthy. You’ll feel great being a part of a safe, active community with fun, mind-enriching and body-strengthening activities available all year round.

The Downtown Seattle YMCA operates a modern, state-of-art, 50,000 square foot health and well-being facility in a historical building, serving the downtown working community and surrounding neighborhoods. We provide a friendly down-to-earth atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
