I had a good experience with this location to get my tablet screen repaired. There were a couple issues that came up on my initial return trip to pick up my tablet, but the staff was very courteous and worked with me to get the problems resolved quickly.
I am happy to know there is a local repair place that puts a good focus on their customers.

I brought my iphone in for a charging problem. The guy at the counter checked me in and said I could come back in an hour and a half and he would be able to tell me if a port or battery replacement solved the problem. I came back, they had done all the testing they could, and no dice. Even though they fussed with it over an hour and tried replacing the port with two different ports, they didn’t charge me a dime! (The Genius Bar ended up saying it was the motherboard, which is what the uBreakiFix guys thought it was.) The motto, «If we can’t fix it we won’t charge you» is rare to find. I’ll be back to give them money with problems they can fix, and recommend them to others anytime!

Their customer service is great. Super nice, willing to help out, fast. The problem is, my phone is not as responsive as it used to be. I had a scattered screen iPhone 5s, it works just fine before I turned in for a fix. But after fixing, it freezes frequently and not responding to some of the finger touches. They replaced it again for me for free but the problem is still there.

I appreciated the speed with which I got an appointment, the equal speed of the repair, and the fact that my iPhone 6s now looks like itself again. I am less enthused about the unfriendliness of the shop, the high price of the repair (over $ 200, no discounts of any sort), and that I was having trouble with keyboard input and haptic feedback for at least the day following the repair.
On the other hand, I tried to schedule this service with Jet City and got a total runaround — Seattle said they STILL aren’t servicing iPhone 6s, and their Redmond shop seems to have no idea when they’ll have screens in stock — so at least this place got the job done.

I made the rookie mistake of trusting girl pockets, which led to my LG G2 fraternizing with the street and its screen getting cracked. I brought it to the closest repair shop to my work, which happened to be uBreakiFix. When I dropped it off, they quoted me the price and let me know it would be ready in an hour. Sure enough, one hour later I got a call saying that I could pick up my phone. Good-​as-​new phone, no surprise fees, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
Hopefully I won’t have to use their services in the near future, but I definitely recommend this place.

They did a great and fast job replacing my iPhone 5s screen. Less than 30 minutes. A little expensive at 100 – 120 with tax. Still happy I came here

I went here for a repair to my sons iphone 4. The power button was broken and they did a quick repair and a very fair price. Prices seems a bit better than other shops in the area and offered a check in discount to boot. Street parking only.

They fixed my iPhone in 40 minutes as they promised. My iPhone had shattered screen and LCD needed a replacement. Now it looks like a brand new! I highly recommend this place! By the way I received 10% discount for being referred by the Verizon.

These guys are awesome! They fixed my iPhone 6 screen really quickly and were very polite. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

I went to get my USB port fixed on my smartphone because it was loose and not charging properly back in July.
It was supposedly fixed the first time. When I was heading home I opened the back of the phone to see that they had forgotten to put back the SD card for extra space into my phone. I went back to the store to get it back. Everything was fine back then, I had just paid $ 70 and thought my phone’s charging problem was all solved.
When I got home, I found that my phone wasn’t quite charging still. Then I tried calling one of my friends. Turns out my microphone wasn’t working. I called the store with my home phone to explain that my microphone was working perfectly fine previous to dropping my phone off at their store. They told me to bring the phone back in to get the microphone fixed and USB port looked at again. The next day I went back and was told the part for the USB port would need to be ordered but they could try fixing it a second time free of charge. I was told the part would come in a few days and I would be contacted by the store.
Tip for this business: If you don’t know when the parts are going to come in, just say so. Don’t promise to call or email the customer when you don’t intend to actually contact the customer. Don’t keep the customer expecting and waiting for your response by promising that the parts will come in a few days and they will receive a call or email. I had to contact this store multiple times over a week and a half to see if the part had come in, and who wants to be THAT annoying customer? I sure didn’t want to, but I had to, because I was told the part would come in a few days and I needed my phone for work among other things.
When it was confirmed that the part finally came in, I was told to come in the next day to get the port fixed. I went in the next morning, and was told that the person who specializes in soldering these parts was out sick. At this point, I kept my cool but I must’ve looked pretty disappointed when I walked out of the store because one of the more polite guys said he could have the guy come in to fix it.
Well, two months later here I am with a broken USB port again. I took it to a different place this time and they told me that the previous technician had burnt my motherboard on the phone so it was useless to replace the USB port a second time.
So, all in all, I paid $ 70 for polite upfront store talk and a poorly executed USB port replacement.
As this is my only experience with the store, I can’t comment on how they fix other aspects of smartphones such as the screen. Don’t get me wrong, all the staff who work here are very friendly and polite. But through my experience I recommend that if anyone wants their USB port fixed it would be worthwhile to visit another business for their services.

I got my iphone back quickly. The first I got my iphone back, the screen showed some noise two days later. So I brought my phone back and they replaced my screen without hesitation. But the screen still had that problem that I could barely use my iphone! So the lesson I learned is to, though this shop’s staff is friendly, GO TO APPLE STORE FOR OFFICIAL REPAIR!!!

Great and fast service. I broke my Nexus 5 digitizer so was unable to make any calls. I emailed for an estimate and they replied very promptly. The screen was replaced in an hour and the price is reasonable (I compared a few in the area).

Bro flew in from MN and broke screen at the airport. 30 minutes and phone was fixed. Check in on Unilocal for extra 10% off.

I took my phone in today after living with a shattered screen for over a month. They have great, quick service and I am so please with their work! They were friendly and efficient which I appreciate because it is hard for me to be without my phone for a long period of time. It took only 35 minutes to replace the screen and there were others there as well so I say that is exceptional! I truly didn’t think that my screen would be replaceable as there were huge chunks missing and you could see the inside of my phone. Thank you thank you thank you!

Great, quick service. Best screen repair I’ve ever had. Also the least expensive! I also had them add a screen protector and it’s perfectly placed and extremely clear. I highly recommend!

Great service. I had gotten spray sunscreen in my iPhone 6+. They fixed in about a half hour.

Wow what nice people and a good deal for what I got… very kind and fixed everything within a half an hour… highly recommended service… hope the quality of the parts match.

Dropped in on a Wednesday to get the 3.5 mm jack repaired on my LG G3 phone, not really knowing to expect. Lucas told me, sure, we’ll give you a call by Friday; we should have the replacement part by then.
Now, I didn’t get the callback as promised on Friday and I actually did have to call back the shop myself so I’m deducting one star on what otherwise would have been a five star review, but when I did call towards closing time on Friday I found out that they did indeed have the replacement part I needed and that I could come in on Saturday.
I came back Saturday afternoon, was told that the repair would take about 45 minutes, and it actually took less time than that.
The phone now works perfectly, and the repair was done at a fair price. Can’t ask for more than that.
I will be back should anything else go wrong with the phone. Thank you.

Took over a week to transfer my data from my macbook hard disk to an external hard drive (saying that it would be done in one day). Could only get 40 gb out of 200 gb! Disappointed. So far not worth the money I paid for. Also, I just learned that they f***ed up all the screws on the bottom of my macbook. Do not bring in your mac here.

This place has great rates friendly staff and fast turn around their isn’t much more to say about this place
But the sign in there shop is correct do some simple math apple care is 99 and it is 49 per incident at Apple they offer the same work for a lot of a cost
