History

Established in 2004.

Windermere Real Estate was founded in 1972. My dad Ken Freed has been in the business since 1984. I grew up going on appointments with my dad and learning from him has helped me find success in real estate. I started out at a real estate agent and have moved up to assistant manager and now am the branch manager.

I am a second generation REALTOR that has been selling homes for the past eight years. I specialize in working with first time buyers purchasing resale, new construction and bank owned homes.

In the past three years I have helped more than 80 buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in the Seattle, Tacoma and Bellevue markets.

I am a local high school rugby coach that played at Washington State University. I have a beautiful wife that I met in college and two dogs, Raider and Beyonce, a Pug and a French Bulldog. My favorite activities include golfing, flag football, softball, bar sports and spending time with my family and friends.
