We’ve purchased two homes with the help of the Samontes. Our first experience working with them was from out of state and they spent so much time helping us every step of the way all the way through closing. They are always available to their clients and we have always been confident in their knowledge of the local market. We never hesitate to recommend them to friends knowing they will have a great experience while selling or purchasing a home!

Hank and Chelsey made buying a house a great experience! This was the first time I had bought a house and they helped walk me through the process, get me set up with good lenders, etc. They were great about searching for prospects daily and sending us information about them. They were very flexible and available at all hours to answer questions and look at properties. I am going to miss driving around looking at houses with Hank but we are so happy with the house they found us. I would highly recommend Hank and Chelsey!
