Tranportation Group

I wish I could give no stars! Our truck broke down and with have Roadside Assistance with State Farm. We contacted them and they contacted Transportation Group. We got a text that it would be an hour and a half… they are located about 20 blocks from where we were broken down. After 2 hours I called them and the message said they were unable to answer the phone. I contacted State Farm and they called them, informing us that they were on their way, it would be 20 minutes. Four hours later, with multiple message left at Transportation Group and a phone call from a State Farm supervisor, our truck was towed by another service, Big D. They arrived exactly when then said and did an amazing job of getting us hooked up and towed. As we were leaving, I finally got a phone call from Transportation Group… not sure why they called, it was clear they didn’t care about the situation. Thank goodness that State Farm has it all documented and will be contacting them. I sure won’t and don’t recommend anyone else does either.
