Tick-Tock Junk Removal

There should be a ‘NO STAR’ option. After having worked for this slime ball, I can provide some TRUTH about Luke, and this gang of junk removal goons. A while back, a customer wrote a review here, stating her dissatisfaction with the less than advertised service she was provided. Luke, tried to downplay this, by saying that, I, Chris, had posted it in an attempt to slander his reputation. I wasn’t me, but I let it go. Until now…
This past week, I unfortunately crossed paths with (insert creepy/​unnecessary Fargo-​ish voice here) «Luuukkkke from Tic TOC…»
This happened at Luke’s office (aka your neighborhood Starbucks), when he was walking into the building. Upon seeing me, he became noticeably stressed and agitated. A few works were exchanged, but none note worthy. Then, to my surprise, about 10 min later, Luke walks up to me, asking if we could «talk for a min». I asked what he wanted to discuss, and that if it was going to be more disrespectful stuff, I wanted to stay out of it. After a few nonsense questions, he asked «what I wanted from him.» I told him I didn’t understand the question, and that if he had something to say, to say it. Then, he continued to ask if «I was going come after him again.» He was acting like he wanted to fight, getting in my «space» several times. I told him I didn’t know what he was talking about, and to «get the f**** away from me. I told him he was nuts, and that I was not afraid of him even one tiny bit.
Do yourself a favor– STAY AWAY FROM TTJR, Luke, Starbucks, and his trucks that look like Barney the dinosaur. He is known for overcharging or «ballooning», withholding information, lying, and being a combative as* hole.
Hey Puke, I’m sorry Luke– YOU HAVE BE SO NOTIFIED, WATCH WHO YOU DISRESPECT, CAUSE IT MAY COME BACK AND BITE YOU!

Professional, followed up quickly, reliable, great prices! The man was nice to keep me informed of the entire process via text while I was busy at work. I also was billed via email which was again convenient since I was not home to pay at the time!

I recently moved to a new apartment and I had a sofa I wanted to get rid of ASAP. I looked up several places with google and found Tick Tock Junk Removal. What I really liked about Tick Tock Junk Removal was they come the next day! They came a little early and even gave me a discount for that. It took less than 10mins to get rid of my sofa. P. S. You don’t need to prepare cash. They don’t carry the credit card reader but, they send you an invoice via email — which I found really convenient and easy.

We have used Tick Tock on a multiple of occasions and they have always been on time, professional, and efficient.

I’ve used Tick Tock Junk Removal for years, probably over 20 or 30 times. I managed maintenance for a 138 unit apartment building and junk would always build up from tenants leaving junk after they moved out. Before Luke I used different junk removal companies all over Seattle and had problems with integrity with each of them. Every time Luke or his team has come out to remove junk I’ve been surprised how professional, fair, quick, and honest they were. I no longer work maintenance anymore and used Tick Tock at my own house and the service was exactly the same and I wouldn’t expect anything less. If your looking for a professional and honest company this is it.

Had an encounter with this company today. Was shocked to see them removing my friends belongings. Had no idea they had been hired by my friend. However in the end I found out that they were. But none the less the guy, who I think is an owner was a complete jerk. I was trying to contact my friends to find out what was up and while talking to them this guy comes at me with a complete attitude telling me I should just talk to him. Well guess what dude, anyone doing something bad is gonna lie so I thought I would just call the people I trust to tell me why someone is going through their stuff. This guy was abrasive and rude to say the least. A little business sense would suggest a calmer reaction from a business owner would be warranted in a sensitive situation.
I do not suggest using a company that has such little courtesy. — — -

Today 10÷31÷12 I received a letter from Luke Baranouskas (owner)
Luke took the time to apologize and acknowledge short comings of that day. I appreciate his efforts towards this situation and acknowledge his concern for customer service. I accept the apology Luke and wish you the best.
In this light folks I say this guy has integrity and concern for how things turn out. They did do a speedy job for my friend and as far as the job went my friend was satisfied so I do suggest using these guys.
They have gone the extra mile in this situation and that means a lot.
