Business Owner

Prior to starting a pet care business, I worked in the health care field as a nurse for eight years. However, caring for animals has always been my true passion in life, so I left the nursing profession and began volunteering at the Kitsap Humane Society.

Over time, volunteering for them became a huge part of my life and proved to be a great learning experience for me. I eventually became a Lead Dog Walker for the Humane Society, which led me to my current choice of profession. I began working part time as a pet sitter and dog walker for a local pet sitting company and soon realized my dream was to harness my passion for animals and start a pet care company of my own.

I have extensive experience working with all types of dog breeds. Many of my volunteer hours at the Humane Society were spent dog walking and kennel cleaning, as well as working with the Behavior Assessment Team doing screenings on dogs that came into the shelter.
