Terrific selection of furniture and very reasonable prices with discounts. I ordered free upholstery swatches, which came within 5 days. This is the only place I could find a small, narrow, swivel barrel chair. It shipped with white glove delivery. The delivery team was efficient, courteous, and extremely careful. I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience.

I gave a pretty low review recently because Sleepers had not come to repair my sofa, but since then they have come out and did a good job repairing. I’m increasing my review to 4 stars because overall I am happy with the outcome… It was just an inconvenient experience.

Stay very far away. If you ever need customer service, you will not receive it.
Oct. 2014 — Bought from their online counterpart, SavvyHomeStore. Sofa and love seat were listed as 8 weeks to deliver.
March 2015 — It took closer to 4 months to get it delivered. When I received them, both pieces of furniture had multiple broken legs and the frames were cracked. The delivery guys suggested that I not take delivery and I agreed with them. I was talked into getting the furniture redelivered and repaired by Ted Cogswell, Customer Service Manager. After waiting a month with 2 broken pieces of furniture upside down in my house, a guy finally showed up to «repair» them with a screwdriver and some putty. I had already sent many photos showing the frame damage and it was very specific in my email exchanges that there was some major damage. The «repair» was made to one piece of furniture but the repair guy said that he wasn’t going to be able to fix the love seat. The sofa was flipped upright in my dining room, nobody touched it, and I woke up one morning to find that the leg was bent sideways again. I was told that a second repair would be attempted and at this point I asked that the furniture be taken to a repair facility to be properly fixed.
June 2015 — Furniture was picked up to be taken to the repair facility.
Today, June 2016 — Multiple requests about status always come back with blaming the delivery service, Manna. I have no furniture and my card was of course charged $ 3500 immediately after my order 19 months ago.

Good experience from start to finish.
Came down from Camano Island to see their huge selection and it certainly was worth the trip. The salesman was able to make sense of our needs right off the bat and we were able to choose the sofa withing just a few minutes. He sat us down with the color samples, left us alone, how nice and after about a half hour we were on our way with a spectacular sleeper sofa, for our vacation rental. The delivery was a little problematic because of our distance to their store, I made a couple phone calls to urge them on and they figured a way to piggyback it with a delivery to Whidbey Island and were able to get it installed just a couple days after it arrived. The installation guys were great, in and out in about a half hour; no muss, no fuss.

We bought an American Leather sleeper here for the quality of the sofa bed, and have been happy with it. However, 4 years in, the foam used in the seat cushions have unacceptable wear in them. The sofa was still under warranty, so I contacted Sleepers in Seattle and they said to take photos of the issue for them to send to American Leather for a warranty request. A few weeks later, viola… new cushions are delivered to our door. While I wish the seat cushions had been a better quality foam to begin with, I am very pleased with the customer service in handling the issue.

Ordered a mattress from the Enso sleep collection. The Strata. Couldn’t be happier. I have back pains that come and go and this was recommended as a good mattress. Super happy with the service. They said it would arrive in a week and it did just on time so it was easy to make sure someone was home to Receive it. My BF and I move around a lot and it’s good to have something that keeps the movement to ourselves but also good for two to move together ;)
Will definitely return to these guys for any future furniture needs. Quality is high and prices are reasonable.

If you want to wait several weeks for a couch that is advertised as ‘quick ship’ and don’t mind getting treated as an inconvenience by their rude delivery agents, and pay premium prices for this, then by all means, place an order and see how long their version of ‘quick ship’ is. They claim they have ‘no control over their delivery agent’s schedule’ yet they advertise the product as a ‘quick ship’ product (which of course was already purchased and paid for before they made their claim of ‘no control’). It’s simply false advertising that induces paying customers to purchase a product that takes weeks to deliver, requiring customers to make constant phone calls to the delivery agent to get them to confirm a time. Simply not worth anyone’s time or money, not even for the most perfect product (and the quality of the product cannot even be evaluated due to it not having been delivered in weeks). Save yourself time and money and go with an established furniture store that doesn’t make false claims and understands the importance of working with reliable delivery agents who seem to care abut customer service.

The only place in town town I could find sleepers in stock. Great quality products! Prices for product quality are unbeatable. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful!

Make them clarify white glove delivery in writing before agreeing to purchase!
I was initially very happy with the service. That is until the day of delivery. When I initially called to discuss ordering through sleepers in Seattle, I was offered white glove delivery to match another company’s offer. Had discussed that this would include getting it to the room and unpacking the sofa. On arrival however the delivery company stated that it only included getting it in the front door. The delivery Company refused to do anything including opening the package so that it could be inspected. I can move the sofa and I can get rid of the waste… But requiring signature without inspection is ludicrous. If I had been there for delivery I would’ve refused to sign until I had time to unpack the package… Unfortunately I was not the one there to receive the package. Dave offered to upgrade for $ 69… Thing that makes me the maddest is that they wouldn’t allow for inspection before signature. Here’s hoping there’s nothing wrong with it. PS most of the companies I talked to in deciding who to order from include setting up, moving and removing all the packaging for free. I didn’t question anything because my invoice said white glove service… since when is «white glove service» getting it in the door and dropping and running… not even opening for inspection. Interesting…

Leanne was great. I purchased a Magic Stressless Recliner from them as a surprise for my hubby’s birthday. I live in San Diego, and their prices were the best around. Even from long distance the transaction was very smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them, and will shop with them again!

Sleepers in Seattle is a very complete store with excellent service. The staff explains options but doesn’t try to upsell merchandise. I just bought a sleeper sofa and up sold MYSELF on the highest quality mattress. It is really worth the extra $$, for the most comfortable sleep. I came back 3 times to decide on fabric and size, and the sales staff was patient and top notch! Take a look at this place before you buy anywhere else. They specialize in sleepers, so you will have the best collection to pick from. Even the delivery guys are super. I love this store! Jennifer C.

I’m very happy with not only the quality of sofa that I received, but also the quality service I received from Sleepers in Seattle! Dave was very knowledgeable and helped steer my husband and I to the perfect sectional that fit both our aesthetic and functional needs. The sectional we received was well within our budget and is the highest quality piece of furniture we’ve ever owned.
Dave was very prompt at responding to all of my emails and the furniture arrived right within the time frame he gave us. We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to use Sleepers in Seattle! I definitely will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

The worst product I have ever purchased! I’ve been emailing with customer service rep, Ted Cogswell, since mid August. He sold us a defective Natuzzi sofabed. Springs are popping off all over the place and the under side of the top cushion is trashed because of the springs and missing fabric that was supposed to be attached. We have used this sofa only a handful of times, and it’s a piece of crap. I tried sleeping on it last week and it was absolute torture! I have been patient and polite, but they have done nothing to resolve this. We paid over $ 2,000 and would expect good customer service and prompt attention. This is bad, really bad. I will write additional information if this situation does gets resolved. For now, DO NOT spend your money with this company. I’m so upset with the product and the lack of help I’m getting to resolve the problem. I just contacted Natuzzi and am hoping they might be willing to back up their product.

I bought a sleeper from Sleepers in Seattle and had the worse experience. Took longer than they said, received no call backs or updates regarding sleeper. It finally shows up and it’s the wrong color. Complained to they store and they won’t do anything about. I don’t know if anyone has had a good experience but I would recommend going to any other place. I now have to pay extra to have some one else reupholster my item. I’m only giving one star because the delivery guys were super sweet. Too bad they don’t work in the store.

One of the worst retail experiences I have yet to experience. I purchased an American Leather sleeper sofa in excess of $ 3,000. I paid an extra $ 300 for expedited service. They called me 2 weeks after the order to tell me the item was shipped. Somehow the item got lost/​stolen before arriving to my house while being shipped by Hercules Freight.
I asked for a refund as my item did not arrive on time. They refused a refund and told me that they need the freight company to officially declare the item lost. The item has been delayed for so long that I have had to resort to purchasing another sofa sleeper from another retailer.

Sleepers in Seattle has done an amazing job of going above and beyond. I spent SO many hours searching around for a convertible sofa only to turn up empty handed. It seems like a lot of furniture stores have the option to order one, but have either no stock or had a small selection of rather boring styles. Just because there’s a bed in it doesn’t mean I want bulky furniture… After I exhausted all of my local options I began searching online. I’ve never purchased a piece of furniture from an internet retailer, since I was worried about color and how it would fit into my design style.
I started off by calling to ask for suggestions for a low back sofa that would look appealing and still fit, both through my entry way, as well as aesthetically. The sales staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant to work with. They answered my litany of questions and were able to make some suggestions. After selecting a sofa I was fond of I placed an order for fabric swatches. They came promptly in the mail and we began the real work of finding the most appealing.

A week later we placed the order for a Tommy Full Size sleeper In Blaine Peacock. They informed us that it would take about 2 months for the custom order. I have to say, I was sort of expecting that, I didn’t mind as I was getting exactly what I wanted. A few weeks passed and I received a call to schedule the delivery. It was a very easy process! I opted for the Platinum delivery as I needed it carried up a narrow stairway. The delivery team was professional, respectful of my house, and worked with alacrity. After It was unpacked and the packing had been taken away we inspected and signed for our new sofa.

The sofa looks simply fantastic. I’m really glad I took the time to find Sleepers in Seattle. I don’t know that I would have been able to find a piece that was this unique from many other places. The fabric is a really vibrant and cozy. Its low back tufted cushion back looks modern and opens up the room to more light as it’s sat in front of a large window. I’ve since received many compliments on our Tommy sofa, and have already recommended their store to a few of our friends.
I love my new couch and just wanted to send a thank you once again for your awesome service. It’s nice to see a company put an emphasis on good customer service. I ventured into Sleepers In Seattle to see what mattresses they have. Turns out, they only sell the queen size TempurPedic bed and a knock off of it — just 2 mattresses! Everything else is a sleeper sofa.
I tried out the TempurPedic version they had, but it wasn’t for me or else their floor sample was well-​worn.
The salesman was overly zealous, flattering me at every turn, agreeing with everything I said, and even chased me down the sidewalk when I left.

I just bought my first house in West Seattle and wanted to purchase a sofa that was better quality so it would last. I saw Sleepers was close by and decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. Turns out they had a lot. I worked with Jake to determine the perfect style, size, and color for my living room. I actually didn’t need a sleeper either and was surprised to find out that was really no trouble.
After testing out most of what they had on their showroom, I decided on a Stanton model that was both well priced and had a modern look. The style actually has a chaise feature that can be reversed to either side and has a small profile since I don’t have a ton of space. The arms are wide enough that I can use it to rest or put my laptop on.
Delivery came after about 5 weeks and was really easy. They were able to deliver a little later in the afternoon so that I didn’t have to miss work. Their guys brought the sofa up my steps and put it exactly where I asked. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. The purchase and delivery was seamless and their staff is really well informed. If you’re looking for a sleeper or sofa, I highly recommend Sleepers In Seattle.
