History

Established in 1995.

In 1995, a young man decided that he needed to learn how to fix his computer. His family was poor and computer breakdown would make it inaccessible to him for weeks. While he is a computer lab assistant, he doesn’t know how to fix it. He saved up his lunch money for the next three months to buy his first PC running Windows 3.1 with the promise of a free upgrade to Windows 95. After obtaining his computer, he spent the next few summers interning for a Computer Scientist, who works for Dokin Donut. In the winter of 1995, this same young man started to accept repair jobs from family and friends who could not afford the regular technician. Back then, software, drivers, and solutions were not available on the internet. Relying on his creativity and critical thinking, he self-​taught computer repair. After getting laid off in 2005, he went back to school to get the Cisco System IT certificate. Immediately after graduation, he was offered an internship with Cobalt Group, a fortune 500 company.

16+ years of experience in PC & MAC troubleshooting and repair. I have been serving customers all over King County since 1993. I have satisfied many customers and 100% my businesses are referrals. Presently, I got laid off from my job, and I decided to make this a full time gig. I have trade work for meal to help poor families that cannot afford the normal Tech’s rates. I am willing to negotiate rate and barter for services. I love fixing computer and I don’t mind teaching you how to use your computer. I have been a service technician for small businesses, for the most part of the past 16 years. I am trusted to work in homes and offices after hours to make sure clients do not lose work productivity.
