Established in 2010.

I started Saturn Tech Consulting (Saturn) with being affordable and professional in mind and with the goal being to grow my business through customer referrals that come from quality work and satisfied customers. It has been a slow process but it is working. I still give first time customers 40% off my normal rate of $ 90.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) for the first service call just for giving me a try. Seniors and non-​profits get 20% off after the first service call.

I’m Phil See, I’ve been a PC repair tech since 1996 when I worked at a corporate headquarters supporting more than 1000 users. After 12 years there and another 2 at a non-​profit, I decided to start Saturn when other stores just started adding PC repair to their services. What separates me from from office supply or home appliance PC techs is this:

— It’s not just my job, it’s my company.

— I’m not only a repair technician that fixes PCs, I am an advocate for my clients and can answer the technical questions put to them by office supply and home appliance stores as to why they are returning faulty PC equipment for a refund or a replacement.

— Having been in the field since 1996, I can recommend new equipment based on years of experience with manufacturers.

— I’ve managed Help Desks and Computer Support divisions so I take customer service very seriously.

Saturn is conveniently located in Seattle’s Ballard community.
