Rainglow Airbrush Tanning

Love love love! I highly recommend coming to rain glow. I came here back in October since I was traveling down to California for the weekend. It was my first time spray tanning. Amy was very professional and very helpful! She gave me great tips to keep the longevity of my tan. I will be coming back here before my next trip!

This place is great. I had a spray tan once, which was fantastic, but primarily go there for lashes. Lacy does the lashes and the other week she put on the best set I’ve ever had! I’ve been to probably 5 or 6 different people and hers were perfect. Plus, she has the option of a softer lash extension that’s very nice.

I’ve had two spray tans at Rainglow, one with Amy and one with Jamie, and I’ve loved both of them! Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional, and as a student, I so appreciate the student discount. The scheduling process is really easy, and I’m very happy with my results thus far!

Rainglow – and owner, Jamie – are amazing! Look no further. My first experience with rainglow was a test before my August 2014 wedding. Jamie is easy to be around and effortlessly helps her clients feel comfortable. The test run was fantastic! I have only had used airbrush tanning in the past (haven’t used automatic/​tanning salon machines). It has always been the way to go for me, but not all spray tans are the same. Jamie is an ARTIST. She knows how to achieve your desired color, subtley highlight, define, camouflage!!! My wedding party, now husband and I were thrilled with our wedding-​day results. I’ve been back many times since. I really love this little place! The prices are right and my spray tan turned out awesome! As a pale redhead, I have to be more on the cautious side of what level I want my tan to be, otherwise it can be a big disaster! I really felt like the gal listened to what I was looking for and gave me a great medium keeping things lighter on the face. Scheduling an appointment was also super duper easy to, just send them a text and you’re booked! The only downside to the tan, and I’m not sure whether its because it’s all organic is that it doesn’t last as long. But I got a great base layer though!

I had my first spray tan by Jamie and am so happy with the results. The shop is absolutely adorable and Jaime was professional and made me feel comfortable with the process. I had a spray tan in a booth years ago, and, after looking like an umpa lumpa, I was nervous about getting another spray tan. Jaime was great! Explained how to prepare for the appointment and how to keep my tan looking fresh. I’m so happy with how my tan looks. It instantly gave me a healthy glow. I will visit again! Highly recommend!

I go to Hanna for my eyelash extensions at rainglow salon. She is so sweet and amazing at what she does. I’m so happy I stumbled upon her. She has always made sure my lashes look exactly how I want them. She also never teases me about falling asleep on the table :’) She is very delicate and my lashes never stick together like most places and they last forever before you need a new fill. Hanna is always trying new techniques to make my lashes look better! One of these days I will try a spray tan! If you want amazing lashes go see Hanna at rainglow!

I had 6 weddings this summer, and found myself in need of a few airbrush tans. I had a bad experience with spray tans about 10 years back which really turned me off the service, but one key difference was that I had used a machine spray at the tanning salon. The spray was way too dark, super orange, uneven — it was horrible. So I decided this time I would try getting sprayed by an actual person. After reading rave reviews about Rainglow, I knew I would have to give it a try. AND WOW — what a difference!
I love the entire experience at Rainglow Tanning. Not only is Jamie super sweet, but she also really listens to your personal preferences, and tailors your spray to meet your specific needs. She remembers and notes every detail about your preferences — you will find you never have to repeat yourself again. She is remarkable! And what about the spray? Perfect. The quality of the product speaks for itself. The colors are perfectly matched to your skin tone, they are even, and radiant. I have one more wedding this month that I am going to get a spray for, but I love it so much, I always buy a few at a time just in case I need a beautiful tan for any occasion.

Great tan and a great experience! I got my first ever spray tan here before being a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding. It looked amazing and I love being able to look at pictures where I’m not emanating a soft blue-​ish white glow (I’m pale!). Making an appointment was easy and the staff prepared me, were friendly during the tanning, and followed up with me the day after. I have been recommending it to everyone! I can’t wait to need one again!

the studio is clean, beautiful, and comfy and they make you feel right at home, even when you’re in your birthday suit getting sprayed. the color is really nice and they give you very detailed prep and aftercare tips — even being a spray tan veteran, i learned some new tips from them! the solution doesn’t smell so strongly or feel as sticky as a lot of places i have been, which is really nice. they make hairnets and various hair ties plus disposable undies (if you don’t want to go full nude) available, which i really appreciated as well.
i was so happy with the service, atmosphere, and results here, i will absolutely be back.

So here is the deal– I look terrible all pasty white SURPRISE –and with living in Seattle… tans don’t exist here unless you count those 2 months of sunshine we receive each year, or you fake’n’bake (not a huge fan of cancer). I was getting married and knew I needed to have some color for the big day. I did some research and found Rainglow and was happy about all the positive reviews.
Jamie was amazing to say the least! Upon initial scheduling she informed me of some important instructions to prepare for the spray in a few days. The worst part of this ordeal was having to leave my house and go in public without my eyebrows (no make-​up, deodorant, lotion-​OH MY).
I got there, filled out some paperwork, discussed color options and was shown the room to change. I didn’t even know that paper/​disposable thong underwear existed and I found myself wondering if they were invented for the sole purpose of spray tanning because it would be uncomfortable and otherwise weird.
Back to Jamie – she knows just what she’s doing and I was super nervous about being orange or streaky, but it turned out fabulous– perfect amount of color I was looking for (unlike booths). All of the product is organic and vegan and odorless. I would highly recommend Rainglow for any special occasion, or even everyday wear. It’s only been 4 days and for the most part my tan looks the same. She warned me that really hot showers or prolonged baths would fade the color quicker (and my bath definitely faded my legs– as expected but it was after the wedding so I didn’t care).
The price was reasonable – a little more expensive than regular spray booth, but those are unpredictable, can leave you streaky, have a funky smell, don’t tend to last as long and aren’t customized.

I had never had a spray tan before going to Rainglow; I was super impressed with the result. Great color and lasted way longer than I expected. Jamie is a total pro — she makes you feel super comfortable and is really fast, you can get in and out w/​in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Rainglow, I’m a huge fan.

Rain glow is INCREDIBLE! I cannot recommend enough. I’ve tried several spray tanning locations over the years and this is by far the best place in Seattle. Doesn’t hurt that the location is extremely convenient and the owner is really sweet. The physical space is nicely decorated, clean and doesn’t have the normal spray tan «aroma.» I love the fact that the sprays are all organic and it feels like a healthier option. Thank you for my amazing color. I will be back.

Jamie is awesome! Rainglow is literally a 5 minute walk from my house and I’m so glad I have found it. I called ahead a few days before and Jamie completely worked with my schedule and booked me for after work on a Friday night. She went over the pre-​spray instructions (exfoliate beforehand, no lotion, deodorant, etc) with me and made sure I knew to wear dark, loose clothing to the appt. Once my appt. arrived, I showed up about 5 minutes early and went over what sort of color I was looking for and also signed some paperwork. Jamie then lead me to the room she’d do the spray tan in and showed me where I could put my bag in a cabinet and there were available disposable hairnets and thongs, too. Once I was ready, Jamie came back and let me know how the process would go and what she’d be doing at each step. The spray tan went by seamlessly and I was very comfortable throughout the entire appt. Jamie even wipes off excess tanner from your fingernails/​toenails and between your fingers afterward. She also lays down wipes on a towel so you can get any color remaining off the soles of your feet. Once I was dressed, I went back out to the lovely reception area and met with Jamie as she went over post-​spray directions. She even sells color extender cream and a moisturizer. The price is what you’d expect for a personalized spray tan, but with the great customer service, it’s totally worth it. Jamie also makes a follow-​up text/​call with you the day after to see what you think of your color. I’ve already made another appt, I really love my tan and have received many compliments on the natural-​looking color. Thank you, Jamie!

This is the best spray tan I’ve ever had, and I’ve had several. The color is really brown and very even. I’m planning on becoming a regular. Jamie is very professional and the salon is clean and well stocked.

Jamie has the magical glow touch! Not only is the salon chic and comfortable, but Jamie does a wonderful job of making you feel at ease. Her spraying is better than anyone in the city — never streaks, never residue. And she always follows up with you to make sure all looks great. I’m a dedicated customer!

Rainglow Airbrush Tanning is AMAZING! Jaime really makes you feel comfortable. She is an expert in her craft! The color was perfect– not at all orange. I convinced my husband to get spray tanned with me before a recent trip to Mexico. He was skeptical at first, but the first time he put on his swim trunks in Mexico, he was sold! We both felt much more confident in our appearance. It was so great wearing that strapless dress without being pasty white!
The prices were very reasonable (other vendors start at $ 100) and Jaime obviously takes pride is what she does. If there is even a little part of you that is curious about getting a spray tan before vacation or a special event, I encourage you to just pull the trigger. It is totally worth it!

Loved my tan! Jamie is wonderful and made sure I got the tan that was right for me. She helped me find the right time to come in and worked around my schedule and travel plans. She let me know everything to expect. Overall, my tan was just the right shade and looked super natural!
