These people are completely unprofessional, I encourage you to read other 1 star reviews and the owners nasty responses. There are plenty of other lash places that do a great job.
My wife recently made an appointment for tuesday (the only day we have a babysitter for our 1 year old twins). Somehow there was a misunderstanding and they booked her for monday. When they called to confirm, she explained the misunderstanding and tried to re-​book. She was told that she was going to be charged for the appointment if she didn’t come in on the original time, which was more than likely their mistake. She tried to reason with them and was told this was just their policy. Before should call me, they had charged her card for the appointment.
I called and asked to talk to a manager or owner, hoping that I could have a reasonable conversation. The front desk girl was extremely rude and told me that the owner had my info and would call me at her convenience. When I called back a bit later I was blown off in the same rude tone.
What could have been resolved easily and them having a regular customer, turned into us calling the transaction in as fraud and getting the transaction reversed, reporting them to the better business bureau, writing this one star review, and my wife will be doing the opposite of sending them future business.
I look forward to reading the owners response to this.

I left the salon extremely upset with the customer service and how I was treated. I was asked to pay for a full hour of service even though Kiana worked on my lashes for about 45 mins. She was working very slowly the entire time while stopping frequently, it didn’t seem like she even wanted to be doing my lashes. At check out I asked the receptionist «is that the price even though it wasn’t a full hour?» My question was followed by Kiana running around the corner saying «yes I did its 11:59» …yes, it was 11:59 when I was checking out plus she started late and kept stoping. The reason she stopped early was because the next client was coming in for her 12 o clock appointment. Then the manager comes out and is extremely rude and tells me I do not have to pay for the full hour, but I’m not aloud in their store anymore and that she was going to call the cops on me! I was so shocked!!! I am never to one to speak up about poor service or poor customer service but this was just ridiculous. I offered to pay $ 45, the manager said no and that she was calling the cops, so I left. I’ve never been treated so poorly and I left feeling as if they thought I couldn’t afford the $ 70. I have money, that’s not the issue. However, if you’re going to charge by the hour, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE TIMELY SERVICE FOR THE FULL HOUR!!! Never returning to this salon!

Ive had my lashes done at many places, & most people have done a great job and make me feel beautiful but the lady who did my lashes here only took an hour to do a full set on me. I felt like she rushed and didnt do a good job. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

I LOVE house of lashes. Everyone is professional and gives great customer service. Leslie is absolutely the best but going to anyone at this salon is a MUST! I have had my lashes for about a year and a half now after I got them for my wedding. I can’t imagine NOT having them. I love that I don’t have to wear Mascara or eyeliner and they last so long!

Suzie is my eyelash tech, explains the process & how my lashes on the end were more curled so she use such & such lash to make it look more natural, she has been my go to gal for years now, comfortable, clean nice place to walk into, my lashes stay great for a very long time:) def. Will continue my service.

I was hesitant because I don’t like sitting for a long period of time but it was the most relaxing service! Suzie was amazing and I’ve received so many compliments on my lashes! I’m extremely happy and will be back again and again because I love them!

Will never come back to this place, don’t recommend to go here. I spend 150 for full set and the next day lost half of my lushes. I did volume set and looked like I haven’t fill them for a month. I was very disappointed. I spend the money for nothing.

The best my lashes have ever looked in well… EVER…Kiana is a lash genius. And if that weren’t enough, she’s an absolute sweetheart. She’s earned a client for life.

In response to HOL’s review I want to clarify that NEVER in the conversation was I offered a complimentary fill (only a discounted fill), otherwise I would have gladly accepted and most likely continued coming to your business. I have since had my lashes taken off and reapplied with no issues.

This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve been. From the rude receptionist right down to the owner, they can’t be bothered. Don’t waste your time!

Previously I came here for Erika and she was great. Recently came again and the lash job was horrible. The fill, when finished, looked as if it had grown out 2 weeks. Not applied close to the lash line at all. I had to go to another lash place to get them fixed. Stay away. Especially since they lost some great lab stylists.

I’ve been going to Leslie at House of Lashes for such a long time I can’t even remember when I started. I left a review on House of Lashes previously, but I’d like to add a new one because I just switched over to their new super VOLUME LASHES! They are ABSOLUTELY amazing! Incredible volume as if you were wearing falsies, but super lightweight and last a long time. I loved the regular mink lashes, but these are definitely a notch up. I highly recommend both types of lashes depending on what look you want!

I’ve been seeing Leslie at House of Lashes for over a year now.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Leslie!
She not only does an amazing job on my lashes (I get complimented consistently, even after 3 weeks of getting a fill), but she is also a very sweet and kind hearted person. I truly enjoy going to see her and always leave feeling great!
I highly recommend House of Lashes (I’ve seen a few others there when Leslie was unavailable and all have done a great job).
If you get a chance to book with Leslie, I am certain you will be happy you did!

Been going here for almost a year and love this place. Tiki is very nice and I always go to her in the renton area. The cool thing is that their prices are very straight forward and a good deal. The quality of their work is exceptional. I have tried a couple other lashes prior and have been really unhappy. At work and when I go out people always say that my lashes look very natural, this is probably because they do single lashes and dont clump them like other places.

I get my lashes done here about once a month and I’ll never go anywhere else! I usually see Suzee but I have had last minute fills done by just about everyone, and they have all done an amazing job. They always seem to stay nice looking for such a long time, especially considering that I am not very careful in caring for my lashes sometimes. At a previous salon my lashes were turning and many falling out within a week or two. At house of lashes my extensions are still looking beautiful (and still getting compliments) four weeks later the day I go in for my fill. Highly recommended this place!

I’ve been going to Leslie for almost 2 years, and absolutely, totally LOVE her! I have volume lash extensions, which are very light, full and beautiful. Leslie is more like a magician than an aethstician– She gives me lashes that look amazing, a step above natural, but completely gorgeous. The lashes look luxurious and last a long time because she puts them on in layers– a la Kim Kardashian style. I am always getting compliments on my eyes (not my «eyelashes»). The salon is very relaxing, the beds are super comfortable– the time just floats by.
Last, but not least, the salon has great hours, there’s free parking everywhere, and is centrally located. You’ll LOVE it!

My lashes were done by Erika. Loved her. She was super nice and she did a great job. She explained what and why she was doing before she started so that I wasn’t surprised.
Place was small and cute. There’s kuerig but no k cups to make the coffee? There’s also water and tea. Will definitely continue to go see Erika :)

I think this is my first Unilocal review I’ve ever wrote.
But, let me be brief: I love my lashes. I got a full set of the faux mink, length around 11 (I wear glasses). I booked an appointment with Leslie and she was great! She didn’t try to sell me on buying more expensive lashes, she gave me recommendations based on my own eyelashes.
She’s been doing lashes for awhile and it really shows because my lashes are perfect.
I have only had extensions once before this, which looked good as well. However, the woman who did my lashes kept recommending I buy a $ 250 set, which I was not going to do for my first time.
Go here ladies, especially for your first time. I have’t tried the other women working there, only Leslie so I am a little biased, but I really enjoyed her service!

I will not be returning! After my last fill I bought with a groupon i was asked to write a review on Unilocal and I was told i would recieve a discount, but since I rated them a four instead of a five I was informed in email I would not receive a discount. What a joke! If they valued their customers they would stand by what they told me and give me a discount.
If you decided to go I still think Suzie is great!

Erika did my lashes today. I purchased the Group on special — $ 59.00 for full mink set. Usually this service costs $ 150.00.
The place was nice and clean and they had complimentary coffee/​tea/​water.
Bottom line:
SERVICE: Erika is very sweet and was a pleasure to talk to.
She was also fast and it only took her 1.5 hours.
BEDS: I hope they get pillows for under the knees very soon for back support.
LASHES: My lashes look great. However, there aren’t any lashes added to the outer edge of my eyes. But I know they can’t support much weight on the outer lashes though. I would recommend asking for lashes all the way to the edge. It looks more dramatic that way.
Overall I will be back!
