I had been struggling for awhile now to hang four sets of blinds and three large photo frames in my home. The walls in my 1940s townhouse are very difficult to hammer/​drill into. Whenever I tried on my own the nails would bend and it was just general chaos for me.
I called Aaron and he was able to get me an appointment for the next morning. When our agreed upon time came he was sure to keep me in the loop that he would be delayed about 10 minutes. Very courteous.
Then when all was said and done, he completed what I asked for and it looks great! A true lifesaver!

My garbage disposal stopped working. Found Aaron on Unilocal and gave him a call on Friday. He called back quick, helped me to determine over the phone that the disposal was dead and recommended that I buy a replacement on Amazon and he can install for me. I followed his advice and called him back after knowing the new unit would be delivered on Sunday. He offered to come on Sunday after I received the unit. Came on time, installed the new unit, ensured there was no leak, and did everything professionally and pleasantly. Will recommend him to others in my condo and our property management company.

On time. Professional. The word quality isn’t a misnomer, either. Aaron was efficient & did a great job assembling my bed & headboard from Amazon. And while I have a contractor whom I’ve used for 10+ years, if I were ever in a bind or needed help on something in the house, I’d reach out to Quality One Property Services.

Aaron came over and did some electrical work, caulking, general handyman stuff and painting for us. All the handy man work was done great and on time. The painting we asked for needed touch ups and he came back and did that and was very courteous and responsive but it will still need a 2nd coat and more touch ups. Then at a work event they showed a video of local love where Amazon helped facilitate volunteers to help remodel a clinic/​hospital in Everett for children in abusive homes and I saw him in the video doing work.

Aaron is Fantastic! Had a window arrival time for service and he showed up close to the estimated beginning time. Friendly service and the job was completed perfectly. I am so thrilled that I will use them again. They installed my new interior security bars on the inside of my windows. Everything looks great and you can’t tell I have security bars from outside.
I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors and co-​workers.

Found out about these guys via Amazon Home Services when I bought a garbage disposal from Amazon. The price was right, he had good reviews, so I decided I’d give it a shot. Definitely glad I did. Aaron was quick, clean, and friendly and made the process easy. Our garbage disposal is in and working perfectly. 100% satisfaction.

The business owner, Aaron did a great job assembling my canopy bed. His hourly fee is very reasonable and he doesn’t mess around. He also seems to work more flexible hours, and scheduled me for a next day appointment. Definitely recommended.

Aaron, from Property One, did an excellent job assembling our Rubbermaid storage shed. First of all, he was two minutes early, which is a minor miracle in the handyman/​home service world. Then, he asked a few simple questions about placement and actively listened while explained exactly where I needed it to go in the backyard. After that, he worked diligently and had it assembled in just a few hours. Finally, he charged less than half of what I was quoted by two other service providers that I found on Unilocal

I was in dire need of a carpet cleaning. I did a google search and came across quality one property services. I left a message and set up an appointment with them within 24 hours. A very dapper little man by the name of Aron showed up with all his cleaning equipment. He was very efficient, moving around all the furniture himself. All the while he told some great stories and jokes to keep me entertained! If you ever need your carpets cleaned or any kind of property services, quality one is the company to call!
