Specialties

The best selection of underground art and comics in Seattle.

History

Established in 2013.

Push/Pull opened in November 2013 as a part of the Greenwood Collective. After two years we moved to a larger location in Ballard. We started representing just the art of Seth Goodkind and Maxx. Over the years we’ve shown 100 different guest artists, added 4 additional gallery member/owners, and expanded to include art, comics and merchandise from over 40 artists in our gift shop.

Meet the Business Owner

Maxx F.

Business Owner

Maxx started Push/Pull in November 2013 after 18 months as a member of Echo Echo at the Greenwood Collective. She also spent 2 years managing the local art and clothing store, Monster, and has a variety of experience from accounting to interior design that contributes to the success of Push/Pull. As a child Maxx would play «store» with her dolls, where the dolls would sell small handmade items and art that she made. Having an art gallery is truly fulfilling her childhood dreams.

There are 5 other owners/members of the gallery — Seth Goodkind, Rich M Stevens, Krissy Downing, Alexandria Sandlin and Rhodora Jacob. They each bring unique talents and experiences to the gallery.
