I have known Jesse for several years and worked out with him at a previous gym. I was so excited when he opened his own place! Like the other reviewers have mentioned, Jesse is very good at making sure you are using correct form and at adjusting for any injuries. I have gotten a lot stronger over the last year and can even do pull ups! Plus, I find working out with hot guys to be motivational.

I would consider myself an experienced person when it comes to physical training and I have had a great experience over the last year while working out with Jesse at Progressive Physical Fitness. During that time I’ve lost 15 pounds, seen my total cholesterol drop by 31 points, and noticed a huge improvement in my physical appearance! I’m now at the same weight and waist size that I was coming out of high school(when I was an active athlete) and am in the best shape of my life. In addition, being able to do the sessions in 30 minutes on my lunch hour during the week is very convenient and keeps my evenings and weekends free to do other things. I recommend Progressive to anyone who is serious about getting in shape and being healthy but has limited time to do so.
