Phil and his crew are awesome! I’ve had to bring my 2008 Mazda to Moore’s Professional Collision twice. Both times I had gotten hit from behind and both times my car left the shop looking amazing! The customer service is wonderful and they do a great job of working with the insurance companies. I hope I don’t need to get my car worked on again, but if I do, I’m definitely coming back to Moore’s!

My poor white CRV has been in three collisions this year and Moore has such a good reputation that all insurance parties involved they were happy to send me their direction. Phil and his team at Moore’s have a seamless process and highly discounted rental options. I am very happy with their service and will continue to use them when needed and tell anyone who needs work done on their vehicles to definitely give them their business.

I don’t know what I’d do without Moore’s. I just moved to Seattle in June and recently got in a bad wreck. My beautiful (not to brag), bronze Honda Civic got finished today and it looks even better than before. They had to fix damages all down the right side of the vehicle. When I got there today, they helped put my license plate on my car and had awesome, friendly customer service. They also work hand in hand with Hertz if you need a rental while your car is in the shop, which made everything so much easier.

I have taken my car twice to Moore’s. I could not recommend them anymore.
The first accident involved a 2×4 flying into my front bumper on the highway. They disassembled this part of my car, re-​painted it and it was brand new — all within three days. The second accident involved a car hitting my rear quarter panel and bumper. My rear bumper was completely replaced and the quarter panel was re-​painted. Again, it was done without any notice of an accident and within four days.
They setup my rental car and worked with the insurance companies seamlessly. There were plenty of updates — including email, which I appreciate, as well as phone calls.
The best part is they wash your car after they’re finished — a nice touch when you miss your baby and see her for the first time!

Liberty Mutual Insurance recommended I take my Lexus to Professional Collision Moores, being the closest repair shop to my residence and I’m very glad I did.
The entire process was very PROFESSIONAL and SATISFYING. No hassles.
No surprises. Phil took care of everything while keeping me informed about
the projected timetable for completion. The old cliché: «It looks better than new»
was honestly the end result with every detail meticulously attended to. The overall
service was nothing less than first-​rate.

After being rear-​ended by an uninsured 18-​year old I was a little out of sorts. I came here for an estimate and was immediately impressed with the customer service. When my brain became fully functioning again I was glad to drop off my Mazda 5 with them to bring it up to snuff. They are actually delivering my car to me today!

After my parked car was hit, my Yaris needed a new bumper. I opted to use the insurance of the person who hit my car (State Farm), which limited my options for where I could go for repairs. The insurance company required that I visit one of their approved auto shops, receive an estimate, and then get my car fixed.
I put off repairing my car for a while until I found Moore’s Professional Collision. Moore’s was able to prepare an estimate for me without even driving to the shop — I just had to visit their website, upload a few pictures, and describe the damage. The estimate was less expensive than another body shop I visited. Moore’s is also open on Saturdays, which is a rarity for body shops, and I didn’t have to miss any work to get my car fixed.
Upon arriving at Moore’s, I was greeted by Phil. Phil was very friendly and knowledgeable and he even drove me across the street to Hertz to pick up my rental car. Phil called me throughout the week to keep me updated on the status of my car and in under a week, my Yaris was fixed and it looked as good as new!
For fair prices, friendly employees, and convenience, I highly recommend visiting Moore’s!

I got into a car accident in late June. The driver’s side light and bumper was completely smashed and the front side panel had been pushed back so that I couldn’t open my door. Phil and the rest of the team at Moore’s were extremely helpful. They saw me right away and worked around my schedule. I thought the cost of the damages would be extremely high, but when they gave me the cost of the repairs it was less then expected (my insurance covered everything except the deductible anyway). They even got my car back to me a day early, and everything looked and worked great. I found the communication to be smooth and team was quite responsive when I called. Overall a great experience. I decided to wait a few weeks to write the review just in case anything fell off or happened afterwords, but so far everything has been good!

I had the best experience with Moore’s Body Shop. Phil and the gang were top notch — professional, timely, communicative and did an amazing job fixing my rear end and side panels from a car accident. Plus, it looked brand new when i went to pick it up. I strongly recommend these guys — you won’t regret it. Oh, and they helped handle all the rental car stuff too. I give them 5 STARS. Brandy and Phil reached out to me about my previous review. I didn’t know that all work done at Moore’s had a guarantee, so they offered to meet with me and discuss my car.
Phil and Brandy were super nice and went through all the previous work done that I was not happy with and even fixed a few dings and reattached my front emblem for me. I dropped off my car before my vacation last week and got the car back just this morning!
Phil went through all the work done in detail with me. He showed me the latch on the trunk that was causing the lights to not work. And I found out that some of the trunk parts had to be ordered from Ohio.
I really appreciate all the effort and time they spent to make the situation right. And now my car is really back to the shape it was in before my accident! (and i absolutely looooove that my trunk doesn’t try to kill me when i open it on an incline haha)

Howard at Honest Auto Repair recommended this place highly and I had to bring in one of my cars in for some body work from a front end sideswipe and this place did an excellent job.
I’d recommend this place because:
1. They detailed my car and no hyperbole, could have been put into a museum or Jay Leno’s Garage.
2. Phil, the manager, kept me up to date on the progress of the car and informed me of any delays and there were because a supplier kept sending them the wrong parts.
3. Was able to get a ride to my home after dropping off my car and also picked up when my car was finished.
4. Thanked me for my business.
5. They worked with my insurance to take care of any additional costs. I had to do literally nothing on my end. Very hassle free.
6. Next day follow up phone call about my experience.
7. The car looked pre-​owned before the work began, now it looks like it is brand new inside and out… so I actually don’t drive the car… I drive my other one…
8. Work is warrantied.
9. From when I first set foot in the door, I was very welcomed and treated like a valuable client (trust me, I don’t own like a six figure car or something, so clearly I’m not rich).
10. Very organized. The paperwork, quotes, itemization pre and post. I called and my questions were answered, never came across like I was inconveniencing them and they were also not rude.
11. They garaged my car for the two weeks it was there which I highly appreciate.
12. ASE certified technicians work on your car.
13. Phil offered me a lot of different money saving options with pros and cons to each one, so I felt that I had well informed choices.
They did such a great job, I actually paid out of pocket for additional body work because the price to me seemed very reasonable.

Great job and professional service. They went beyond and above in terms of fixing my car. My car looks even better than before. I got my car back with it being washed and tires pumped up. Thank you for your service, I would highly recommend getting your car fixed here.

I was referred to Moore’s by my insurance company. Phil, the owner was quick and professional in his assesement of the damage. He gave me a verbal and written explaination of the repairs and cost associated. I called and made an appointment that was convient for me and dropped my vehicle off on Sunday evening.
When I picked up my van, a nice tech greeted my by name and thanked me for my business. Barbara processed the paperwork, accepted my payment and gave me my keys. I left a happy customer… On my way home I noticed that the inside of the van was unusually clean. I just had to call and thank them for the extra effort.

I was recently rear-​ended by someone (texting + driving = bad combo!) and needed to get my red Focus fixed up, particularly around the bumper. I was so worried that it was going to be painfully inconvenient to rent a car, wait for days/​weeks first to get my car scheduled at a body shop and then to wait for it to be fixed, deal with insurance, etc., but Barbara and Phil at Moore’s made everything a breeze for me. They had it down pat.
When I brought my car in to have it inspected, Phil had a quick look, gave me the breakdown, and then he and Barbara told me they could get me in the following business day. I was ecstatic that I wouldn’t have to wait! Barbara then told me she’d get me set up with a rental car, which was really nice.
After leaving, I called her a couple hours later after talking with my insurance agent, and she was so patient with me as I went through my set of questions.
I took it in on a Monday, and it took about 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork and drop my car off. Phil said he’d give me a call the next day with more details about how long it might take. He actually ended up calling a few hours later with the update, thinking they’d have it done by the end of the week. Awesome!
Wednesday rolled around, and I got a voice mail from Phil. They’d be done earlier than expected, and I could pick it up the following day. That was definitely a plus for me since I was paying out-​of-​pocket for additional insurance on my rental (I’m such a sucker).
Picked up my car on Thursday and was happy to see that not only had they done a great job with the bumper, they also flattened out my bent-​up licence plates *and* (here’s the fun part) washed and vacuumed the car. My car was spotless!

Truly great service and excellent work. Went here after my driver’s side was hit. Had a really great experience. Let me list the A+s: Amazing service. Called me with updates often. Arranged car rental for me and updated them daily so I didn’t have to. Always answered the phone when I called and always friendly. The job was done in a very timely manor. Car looks brand new. Guaranteed service for the life of the car. Even buffed out a few scratches I had on my bumper near the accident side (not related to the accident). Experienced working with insurance companies; gave me a «heads up» on what to expect from the insurance co even when they hadn’t told me what the process was going to be. I would highly recommend taking your car here. I had a perfect experience and I am very happy. Good work Moore’s!

My car has seen Moore’s a few too many times this year. Thankfully, they’ve always handled things professionally.
Occasionally something won’t quite be to the expectations of the car’s owner, and Moore’s has always been willing to make it right, no problems at all.
I am glad to have them as a resource, good body shops aren’t easy to find.

After an accident, all anybody wants is everything to work out smoothly with as little effort as possible. Not only does this shop make that possible, but they’re friendly and even have coffee available if you’re stopping in on your way to work.
With their expert staff explaining what to expect for every step of the process, their phenomenal relationship with Hertz Rental Cars (door to door service) and phone calls to update you on the progress, this is the place to go.
As if you could expect anything better, they’re also affordable.

I’ve had my car worked on three times by these guys in late 2008 and early 2009, and I’ve learned my lesson. I will never go back and steer anyone I know clear of them. The first time I needed the cross-​bar at the front of my car replaced because my hood latch was busted off of it. They repaired it quickly and efficiently and I was very happy.
A month later I was rear-​ended. It was a bad hit though the damage wasn’t immediately noticeable, but the bumper had been smashed in a bit and the trunk lid wouldn’t close or open very easily. The other driver’s insurance said that the whole trunk lid would need to be replaced and structure under the bumper needed to be fixed, and (of course) they were covering it 100%. I took it to Moore’s since they had done such a good job on my front end. They had the car for a week, and when I got it back the trunk lid stuck even more. I mentioned this to Phil, the owner or manager, and asked about the new trunk lid. He stated very proudly that they did not replace it, but instead «repaired it.» Look, man – if the insurance company is paying for repairs, you DON’T CUT CORNERS! I’m ashamed to say that I didn’t put up a fight because I was tired, in a hurry, and had already returned my rental car and didn’t want the hassle, so I just l left, but called back in an hour because I had to put all my body weight on the trunk lid to close it (where as after the accident it just needed to be slammed). Phil had me bring it back in and they «realigned the lock» for me, so now it closes like it did after the accident again, but not like it did before the accident. I have also noticed that the lid does not line up with the shape of the car anymore — the front corners, on either side of the rear window, are about a half inch each higher than the rear fenders, where they should be even.
I should have figured this place out then, but I gave them another shot. I mentioned to them that I had an estimate from someone else that estimated owner-​repair costs for damages from a hit-​and-​run two years earlier at around $ 800. They said they could do it. The damages were a cracked finish on the front bumper, and a buckled front-​driver-​side fender. I left the car with them for a week, which was VERY inconvenient on my wife and I since she worked in Belltown and I worked on the East Side. I finally get the car back, and. .. they’ve basically only hammered out some dents on the fenders. The bumper still had a cracked finish, and a couple other, smaller things which I had not noticed in light of the larger issues were also not repaired. Again I am in severe regret for not putting my foot down right away, but at the time I just wanted my car back. Had they explained to me up front, or even when they had the car in the shop, that they would NOT be able to fix the bumper on an $ 800 budget, at least I WOULD HAVE KNOWN! As it stands right now, they took my money, did a s**tty job, and shuffled me on my way.
In retrospect I have realized that they never ONCE gave me a walk-​through with what repairs they would do on the car, or one for what repairs they DID do. With my trunk, Phil walked me to the garage, opened my car door for me, and handed me the keys. I went to the trunk to check it myself – he was expecting me to just drive off. With both front end repairs, the car was parked by the front door of the office. When I picked it up after the hit-​and-​run repair, I walked in and there were 4 guys having a conversation, and one guy just handed me my paperwork to sign and gave me my keys and went back to the conversation.
I’ve learned a great deal on how to get quality body work done and what to expect after these experiences, but I’ve learned them in a very bad way.

They did a fantastic job fixing my rear bumper. They’re nice, inexpensive, have a lifetime warranty on their work, and cleaned my car afterwards.
