Mario has worked in the personal training industry for over 8 years, serviced more than 12,000 sessions, and holds NASM CES and PES certifications. Fitness has always been important to him and he enjoys helping others realize their physical potential. The focus at Peak Performance is to increase flexibility, core strength, conditioning and functional strength to assist in daily life activities.
