Description

Specialties

We are a movement studio and offer forms of movement like yoga, barre work outs, resistance training, Tai Chi, and Zumba! All classes are catered to class attendees with adjustments and adaptations to fit you and what your body can do. All teachers have advanced training and offer instruction that helps anyone enjoy the movement no matter who you are. Our mission is to get people moving and help them gain confidence with their body.

History

Established in 2013.

BendnMove was founded on the idea that every body is different and requires different forms of movement to experience strength, flexibility, and joy. We want to offer an experience that makes people want to come back and try any class we offer. So many people like the idea of trying a class like Zumba or Yoga, but don’t feel like they can join in. They often find themselves in the back row of a class. The teachers at BendnMove teach to the back row and we help build the confidence and mobility to move with joy. Just like our students, the teachers come from many walks of life and approach teaching with empathy and compassion.
