PAC Audiology was established in Seattle in November 2012 and moved to its Bellevue location in July 2013. PAC Audiology opened a second clinic in Seattle in November 2014 due to high demand from Seattle residents.

Anna Hiroka Mamiya, Au.D. received her graduate degree in Doctor of Audiology from University of Washington. Dr. Mamiya is State and Nationally Certified to practice Audiology. Dr. Mamiya is bilingual in English and Japanese.
