Fantastic service at Oui Salon. They did a great manicure and the salon artist helped me pick the perfect color for winter. I will definitely be coming back.

Came here with a girlfriend to get shellac manis. Its only $ 25 for a shellac mani which is pretty average nowadays but that’s fine by me. They have a huge selection of polishes and we were able to find a color that we both loved. They did a great job in painting the nails and cleaning the cuticle area. This also includes a paraffin wax which I wasn’t expecting and it was fabulous. It makes your hands so soft and its just fun having your hands covered in wax. I would come back here again, probably for a pedi because hopefully my nails will last a few weeks

I love Tracy! With her many years of experience, she is THE lash pro. I can’t find myself going elsewhere. Mind you I typically travel from work to here for my appointments (that’s from federal way, hour ish drive and that’s during traffic hours) That’s my commitment to sticking with Tracy for my lash needs. Cute shop in belltown, priced well, she’s quick…45 minutes quick, and the lashes stay on fairly long with some good maintenance on my end. I’ve never had the time to try her other services but from what I’m told, from my close friends that have, she and her team does an outstanding job.

Nearly six days after my pedicure, I’m still dealing with a reaction/​chemical burn on both feet, which is so itchy and uncomfortable I can barely sleep. The service was fine, but this salon chooses to use a quick dry aerosol spray which I found (after some research) is not safe for your skin. Be careful, and if you go, ask that they do not use the quick dry spray. I also called the salon to confirm the quick dry product so I don’t use it again, and got a simple «I’m sorry,» versus a true concern or offer to help. Great massage chairs, but be warned of their product choices.

Amazing service every time, This time Alina went above and beyond and I left with perfectly manicured nails, I got Shellac by Gellish in gray and a week and a half later it still looks great.

I came in for a full set of mink eyelashes with a Groupon and I do not recommend it.
Very, very poor technique. I didn’t catch the name of my eyelash tech, but she seemed generally very impatient, did not give me any explanations beforehand, aftercare or otherwise. I had to give very specific instructions for what I was going for with my lashes, as I have had them done at other places and knew what I wanted. It’s very standard to have a conversation with your lash tech about what they’re using, what look you are trying to achieve, and at the VERY LEAST to talk about aftercare. I will give the benefit of the doubt that her English maybe wasn’t that great and she didn’t want to talk too much — but this is one of those discussions that needs to be crucially addressed in eyelash service.
When she started she put the eyelashes she was using right on my face, directly on my skin! Not on one spot (like placed on a tissue on my forehand or something) but just right on my skin, on my chin, my cheeks, along the sides of my nose. Bizarre. This left me with bits of black residue on my face at the end of the appointment. When she picked up the lashes with the tweezers, it repeatedly picked at my skin and at vellous hairs on my face. Painful and wholly unnecessary to do that, not to mention unprofessional! There should NEVER be ANY pain during an eyelash appointment.
As she worked, she would roughly position my head, and press very hard over my eyelids and push down on my eyeballs. This forced my upper eyelid to jut out so she could access the upper waterline and the underside of my lashes. AGAIN, this is extremely unusual and unsafe. Thinking about writing this, I can’t believe I didn’t jump up and run. Placing the adhesive along the underside of the lashes and directly attached to the waterline is a big no-​no! Not to mention how uncomfortable that was, it was very easy to get adhesive in the eyes, and yes, there was some adhesive along my waterline that I desperately tried to remove.
It took about 45 minutes for a full set. Normally this service takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. I see why — the work is not done thoroughly. There was black eyelash adhesive left on my skin, near the base of many eyelash roots, showing little black dots stuck to my lashline, and not the natural hairs. Clearly she just dabbed down the adhesive instead of carefully attaching extension to hair.
There were some top and bottom lashes stuck together but she took care of those before completion (although I would rather see more precision to avoid this happening throughout, rather than trying to fix at the end).
I did like the lash length, fullness and fact that it is mink, so it is light.
But the discomfort I felt from adhesive being stuck along my lashline, and the discomfort of the whole experience at the salon while having the extensions applied, I would not wish on another person.
Also, because they were so poorly attached, almost all the extensions fell out after about 2 weeks. Take your money elsewhere!

I got «Deluxe Pedicure», a Groupon deal, done from Alina on 10^th September and I am HAPPY with the way my feet look on the top with the glittery nail polish but I am REALLY NOT HAPPY with the way my feet look and feel at the bottom. There are scratches on few places and even vertical cut lines which are painful. My right big toe’s skin is also cut on the right side and its swollen and painful, and even after 5 days my feet hurt at the places where they are cut and burn when I take a shower or if they are rubbed against comforter while sleeping. I am also not able to walk barefoot on carpet.
Alina had told me to let her know if anything feels uncomfortable but I didn’t realize that my feet are actually getting cut. My feet have also become dry, may be because of the over scrubbing. Also, I don’t know if the massage was «extended reflexology-​based massage» because the inner part of the foot was not massaged at all, but I felt awkward instructing her, so kept quiet.
The «paraffin wrap» was good and the «massage chair» was pretty awesome.
While I was waiting for my nail polish to dry, there was another lady (don’t know her name), replied very rudely when I asked her to call Alina, as I had to ask if I could leave.
Alina is a nice person but I don’t know how much she’s trained to do pedicures. I had specially asked for her after reading about her good work and friendliness, but she was really quiet and I had to keep pushing the conversation, which was little uncomfortable, though after a while she started talking.
I still gave a 20% tip as it was a pedicure.
I am really sad because I wanted to like this place as I was planning to get Deluxe Shellac French manicure done here for my anniversary, but I am not sure if I would go again.
Giving it 3 stars because of Alina’s good behavior.

I went here for a mani and pedi. The service was amazing and the price is quite cheap! The pedi chair is also relaxing.
Alina did such a fantastic job with my foot and leg scrub, wrap, massage and nails, despite how tired she must have been. They were booked all day!
My favorite thing about Oui Salon and Spa is how clean and quiet it is. The decorations are very upscale. They also served me hot organic green tea. I only paid $ 35 for a deluxe pedi and $ 15 for essential manicure, worth every penny! Definitely score plus points for me.
With the price and the services I got, I was more than happy to leave them 30% gratuity.
I will definitely come back every month.

Friendly staff who did a great job. Like many others I got the shellac mani and deluxe pedi through groupon for a great price. They did charge me an extra $ 5 for removing my previous shellac (because it was from another salon) which I guess is fair. Their color selection is good, the space is lovely, and everything looks clean.
The only reason I give four rather than five stars is that they began on my nails while I was getting the pedi (which is fine) but I had to keep my right arm reached over to the left where she was working for the whole time and it wasn’t really comfortable. I know it was more efficient for her to do it that way but it does jeopardize the comfort level. It’s not a huge deal though so I wish it could be like 4.5÷5

I was drawn to Oui because of proximity to my work and they had a killer Groupon deal going on, but my experience made me want to return! The salon is fairly clean, quiet and calming. I appreciate a nail salon that doesn’t have TVs as décor, because if I wanted to watch TV I would stay home or go to a sports bar! The lady who did both my pedicure and shellac was friendly and always accommodating of my comfort and experience. I’m actually going back this afternoon for another shellac and pedi and can’t wait!

Worst eyelash experience I’ve ever had. I have gotten my lashes done every 2 – 3 weeks for almost a year, and thought I would try a new salon out this time.
First of all, the woman made me sit and wait for nearly 25 minutes while she answered the phone and booked more appointments. I finally get into the room, and she brings the phone in WITH HER. It rings off the hook and she stops intermittently to answer. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience — where normally I fall asleep and enjoy a peaceful 45 minute nap. NOT HERE. She continued the session by dumping out the lashes literally ON MY FACE — and used the tweezers to pick them up. pinching me repeatedly in the process. At this point I was majorly uncomfortable, but for some reason decided to keep going. Worst mistake ever, I should’ve gotten up and left then.
She continues for about 5 minutes and is extremely rough — positioning my head aggressively and not being polite at all. She said she has done these for over 10 years, however I can’t believe anyone would allow her to touch them again after an experience like this.
The final straw came when I could feel the adhesive in my eye. I immediately jumped up, and upon looking in the mirror realized she had gotten adhesive in the corner of my eye, causing it to be glued together. Obviously I started panicking and luckily the glue had not completely dried. I immediately ran out of the room and she seemed in no hurry to come after me to see if I was alright. I would HIGHLY advise against going here for eyelashes.
Also, for the record — I had a really amazing mani/​pedi by Alina at Oui a week or so previous to the eyelash incident. She was great! And I would definitely recommend asking for her if you’re getting your nails done. I started out with another woman who used absolutely no pressure on cuticles and asked to switch. Good luck!

I gave it a try on Oui nail salon since it’s close to my house and I got a deal on Groupon. The environment and staff at the frontdesk were nice and friendly. However the service was really uncomfortable and stressful. I got cut on my finger when she trimmed the skin out (I was afraid and damn!) but I understand it was an accident which could happen but what really bothered me was how she command you what to do or not to do like «don’t move the machine» (I swear I just moved the nail dryer a little bit closer to me since she put in the middle of the table and it wasn’t comfortable) so I told her that but she didnt say anything back and seemed doesn’t care. Then I just looked and my nails after one coated and she suddenly said «no no I’m not done yet» (well I knew coz you’re still working on another hand lol). The whole process I couldn’t move anything unless she told me what to do (not in polite way, no please or anything). I’m pretty sure it’s just her personality it’s not like she was being rude and seemed like she tried to work hard however it was stressful rather relax and enjoy. Even if it’s close to my house but I doubt if I would go back.

I’m so sad to be giving this salon such a low rating because of how nice the gal was to me. First of all, I bought a groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions. I have had my lashes done in the past so I was expecting to be on the chair for an hour and a half to two hours. She finished within 45 minutes. At first glance, my lashes look fine. But when I got home to examine them a little more, I realized that they didn’t look as full as I wanted them to be. I could see gaps on my eyelash band where she could’ve filled them in a bit more. I would have said something then but I literally was only able to get a quick look at them since another client was coming in when she was finishing up with me and the only one working so it was very rushy. The next day, both of my eyes swelled up which never happened to me before in the past. My eyes were swollen for three days. And it was very painful. :(

Got the groupon because it looked like an amazing deal. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I got someone who was noticeably new. After literally five coats of polish on my toes (to make up for her mistakes), I knew I was in trouble. After not receiving the little flip flops, i had to walk across the place barefoot, to get the manicure. Shellac everywhere! I had to ask her to stop brushing my nails from side to side, stop dabbing the nail polish on, and just choose one direction because it is drying the way you brush. After over 2 hours she was finally done. Horrible from beginning to end.

I went to Oui with a groupon to try them out, and I was very impressed! The salon has only been open a few months, and everything inside is very new and clean. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the salon is in a good location in Belltown. Prices were reasonable even without the groupon.
I went in for a deluxe pedicure with the groupon, and then they offered to give me a gel manicure (and gave me the groupon price on that, which was only $ 11). My nail tech did an awesome job on my pedicure and manicure! It was one of the best mani/​pedi experiences I’ve had.
I will definitely be coming back! For those of you who did not purchase a groupon, they currently have a special going on for a spa mani/​medi– $ 35.

I bought a groupon for their services of Mink eyelash extensions and it was worth my money. I wasn’t warned about how uncomfortable the whole process was, so during my session it was hard not to get up and stop all of it together. But after it was all done, I fell in love with how my lashes looked. Thank you Oui Salon and my girl Jessie Berry for sending me the Groupon

After visiting various locations and trying to find the perfect eye lash guru I am happy to say that I have FINALLY found my girl! I’ve been getting extensions for 6 months now, and have pretty much tried a new person upon every fill and even new set. One typically spends an hour in a half to two hours for a full set and an hour on fills. Tracy was very quick! During the application, I was slightly worried how it would turn out because she was sooooo quick. With 9 – 10 years of experience, I believe she’s mastered the art so well that it takes her 45mins minimum for a full set application. That cuts so much time one would generally spend on that bed. My mink lashes turned out ravishing. Just beautiful!!! The best thus far! I am happy to say that I have finally landed my girl that will take care of my lashes! Nicely priced, conveniently close to work and home, wonderful spa experience, beautiful salon that really does it all. I highly recommend Tracy. And she is supppppppperrrr sweet and kind! She was so complimentary! Now who doesn’t love that ;)

A bought a groupon and tried Oui for the first time. The salon is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. I got lash extensions and eyebrow wax and tint and I am IN LOVE with my eye brows and lashes. She did such a good job. Efficient but I didn’t feel rushed. I will be back for sure!

Tracey let me know that she’s actually been doing it for over 10 years in west Seattle but that they recently opened this place in Belltown. In order to spread the word about this new location, they decided to use groupon.
I’m SO happy I gave it a try! I’ll definitely be back for my fills. It took about only 45 minutes and was the best use of my time and money. I’m looking forward to looking awake every morning :)

I bought a groupon to give Oui a try and I’m so glad I did! This particular location just opened a few months ago but the owner has been in business for years with another salon/​spa in south Seattle. The space is pleasant and looks newly furnished and remodeled.
Oui has relatively affordable pricing, esp for downtown. And it’s in a convenient location in the quieter part of Belltown.
Tracy gave me a nice set of eyelash extensions and I’ll be going back for the fills from here on out.
