I’ve been coming to Stylus for about a year and a half and I have been so happy with how Anna colors my hair! She is truly gifted. My highlights are so natural looking and they grow out extremely well. I like that she’s honest about what color she thinks will work best for me given my complexion. I trust her professional opinion and will continue to see her when my highlights need retouching.
I also like the aesthetic of the salon and the rotating artwork. It’s always so interesting to look at! I would also say pricing is competitive with other salons in the area.

I really had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment weeks in advance after being recommended by friends as well as reading their reviews. I was going to a wedding and had a make up appointment shortly after my hair appointment.
I showed up 15 minutes early to my hair appointment wanting a blow out after checking in I waiting 10 minutes after my start time to ask where my stylist was-​the reception desk forgot to notify the stylist. When they did they realized she had stepped out lunch at the time of my appointment and they were not able to get a hold of her. When she returned 40 minutes later she was frazzled and said she didnt know she had an appointment for a blow out. Finally– she rushed to wash my hair and try it (normally) then through some curls in and called it «her version of a blow out. I mentioned to her i requested a traditional blow out which she told me she was going to do and what the end result shows was not it. She then mentioned i didnt realize i didnt have enough time to do it. Sorry. I left feeling very angry but having to rush to my make up appointment because she went over 1.5 to do whatever she did to my hair. My hair looked terrible. I ended up redoing it all myself and rushing to the wedding. This place does not have their business practices down. Yes they are pretty to look at but honestly some of the most unprofessional people. My blow out was not cheap and yes they gave me a 10% discount for making me wait but my hair looked horrible. It doesn’t matter how much money you are spending if the service is bad. the service is bad. Living in downtown there are a lot of amazing salons. I would definitely not recommend going here. Of course-​i called back the next day and left a message for the manager asking her to return my call and that I was very unsatisfied with my service. I never heard back.

I have been going to Stylus for a couple of months now and it’s safe to say that I have found my salon. The salon is beautiful and clean. I love the products that they use and all of the staff are kind and helpful.
I have been getting my hair cut by Courtney and she does a wonderful job. I am always happy with how my hair looks and she is an absolute pleasure to talk to. If you are looking for a salon in Seattle you should for sure give Stylus a try.

Jeremy is awesome! I came in to see him at Stylus after searching through other Unilocal reviews. I came in for a haircut and a consultation on my hair color. We just did a trim because I am growing out my hair for my wedding, but he really listened to me and we had a conversation about my hair now, and long term. He explained everything so well and he really took the time to teach me ways to style my hair. Plus, he is really nice and fun to talk to! Even though he just did a trim on me, it made all the difference in how my hair looks! We also came up with a plan for my color and I am looking forward to coming in for that as well!

Got a great color and style from Jeremy. Came to him with an idea that hadn’t been done before and he translated it to a great new style and even took the time to teach me how to style my hair how I would like. I will also be booking another cut with Courtney soon as she does a fantastic job.
The more I try here the more I love it. A great team.

Still the best! I even moved out of the area and I still come here. Robyn is a great stylist and I’ve been going to him for a year now. And Anissa does my eyebrows and she is so fantastic. Everyone is friendly and amazing and I look forward to my appointments.

Jeremy is wonderful! I’ve searched high and low for a stylist that meets my expectations. Jeremy exceeds them. He is also amazing with color and I get more compliments on my hair color and cut than ever before. He is a gem!

I had heard about Jeremy at Stylus through friends and co workers as a stylist for a while and he has done my hair three times. He looked at my entire look and came up with a balayage for the back under pieces that were darker to lighten them up a bit. I never worry about how my hair will turn out he answers all my questions and offers suggestions to improve my overall look. I am always so thrilled with my hair. I always feel so comfortable and at ease in his chair!

I followed Jeremy Novak here from the Lisa Power Salon and am so happy I did. He always works magic on my hair. In the past he did a reverse color on the brassy fake colored blond that I was, helping me transition to my true color, a gorgeous white. He has since cut it many times, always perfect, and I’ve had both long and short cuts. An added plus is his head massage during the shampoo, divine! I was worried about traffic and parking in Bell Town but had no problem getting on street parking at 11am. Loved Stylus’s courteous front desk staff and their website. It was super easy using their website to make my appointment. Jeremy just won the 2015 Hair Stylist of the Year award!

COURTNEY IS FABULOUS, everyone should definitely book her for any amazing cut and color appointments, I love my hair! :)

Fantastic experience. First time to a place in Seattle and couldn’t have asked for a more friendly staff and Courtney did a great job. She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. It seemed to be a little pricey for a guys cut coming from Florida but having nothing to base it on, can’t say for sure. Regardless I’ll definitely be going back for my next appointment.

I came in the other day for an eyelash extension with Anissa and I was super impressed. She is passionate about making sure the services she provides is top notch and that you’re satisfied. She is also very knowledgeable and update to date with technique. Anissa also has great attention to details.
After my eyelash appointment, I scheduled another appointment for a Brazilian sugaring. And wow! I’ve never tried sugaring before and it is way better than your traditional waxing with the strips. Since it was my first time, Anissa explained the process of sugaring and the technique so I felt comfortable giving it a try.
I highly recommend Anissa for eyelash extensions, brow waxing, and sugaring.

Today was my first time at this salon and I love it! It has a wonderfully relaxing ambience, but also has good energy. I came here for a stylist I have been going to for over a year and is amazing, but recently relocated to Stylus salon. Jeremy Novak is a talented stylist that I found shortly after moving to Seattle. I am a super picky blond that pulls warm tones and from the beginning Jeremy has always been able to get my color exactly the shade and tone that I want. His cuts are also great. I have thick wavy hair that tends to be bushy and not fall right if it is not cut correctly, but like the color he also nailed my cuts from the beginning. Like me, Jeremy is also super particular so I know I am in good hands and feel confident that I will be happy after every appointment.

Ellen is amazing! This is coming from a girl with fragile, lifeless, thin hair and who never returns to the same stylist more than once since 2013. I will be back to Ellen. Amazing colorist!

I came in yesterday for a full set of volume lash extensions done by Anissa. It was my first time trying the volume lash extensions and I love how soft they feel! She did a great job; she made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the process too, which not all lash artists do (from my experience). I can’t wait to try different lengths and styles as I will continue to go to her for my fills. ;)
Anissa is a total sweetheart! I definitely would recommend anyone looking to try out lash extensions to schedule an appointment with her. :)

Jeremy Novak truly the best stylist I have ever had. I followed him from a previous salon in Seattle. He is consistantly great, creative, fun, honest, caring. I am almost 50 and he keeps me fashion forward without looking foolish. He edits my ideas to work on my head. I am naturally blonde with not a lot of hair and I have had so many spectacular different blondes and great hair cuts over the years. He loves what he does and it shows. Stylus itself is a beautiful salon very approachable warm wide open space. I love that I can get spa stuff there also! Jeremy made the right choice!

I came yesterday for a cut and color by Chantelle. My friend has been seeing her for years and recommended her when I was having difficulty searching for a new stylist in the city. I went in with long damaged colored hair and walked out many inches lighter and color back to a natural dark brunette with dimension. I am SO happy with my hair it feels the healthiest its been in forever. Chantelle was very thorough and wanted to be sure she was giving me the color and cut I wanted. I caught her on her last day at this salon (she’s moving over to Collage) but overall had a nice experience at Stylus. The front desk receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. I’m interested in coming back to try their other services.

I too followed Jeremy Novak here from his previous salon. He is the absolute best at what he does and truthfully I’d follow him anywhere. The fact he is now more centrally located AND at a full service salon where I can have my sugaring needs met is just a huge plus! If you need a great stylist and value amazing customer service look no further.

Beautiful hair in Seattle = Chantelle!
As a Seattle native, I have been to many local hair salons and Chantelle is absolutely the best hair stylist there is. She actually cares about your hair and wants to make sure you leave every appointment feeling unbelievably pampered.
I get so many compliments and inquiries about my hair that I have to carry around a stack of her business cards to hand out.
Pretty much all my friends and family members go see her and they all agree that she is some kind of special!
She books up fast so don’t hesitate to go see her. Your hair deserves it!

Moved to Seattle about 8 months ago and have tried a number of stylists in the area. While I met some nice people, I wasn’t finding anyone who could get my haircut right. I have about chin length hair and like for it to look not messy but don’t like to put time into styling it…
Last hair cut I saw Jacqui at Stylus and got an amazing cut!!! It’s been a week and I love the look I can get with minimal effort thanks to that cut!
