We pride ourselves in low rates coupled with excellent service. All rates include the truck, equipment, and materials:

Weekday Rates (Mon-​Thur): $ 80.00/hour for 2 Men, $ 115.00/hour for 3 men, $ 150.00/hour for 4 men, $ 190.00/hour for 5 men.

Weekend Rates (Fri-​Sun & Last 5 Days of the Month): $ 90.00/hour for 2 Men, $ 130.00/hour for 3 men, $ 165.00/hour for 4 men, $ 210.00/hour for 5 men.

We’re a full-​service company, providing the moving services needed to safely pack, load and transport your valuable household goods efficiently, all at a fair price.

Every employee is hand-​picked based on their work ethic, drive to be a good person and athleticism. Our goal is for every customer to say, «Your guys were awesome!»

We’re able to dispatch fully insured crews 24 hours a day to residences, offices, factories and warehouses all over the Puget Sound and beyond. Last minute moves are welcome.

The owner, personally supervises and trains all crews to ensure that your move is safe, efficient and cost effective.

History

Established in 2011.

Moving Savers was conceptualized amidst the fact that moving is one of the most stressful times in a persons life. The centerpiece of our formation was to establish all of our processes (from HR, to customer service leading into fulfillment) around the goal that we can minimize moving stressors for our customers.

This is a continuous effort originally launched by assimilating a strong employee training program and an up-​front, transparent sales and consulting process. Our number one goal for our business is to have our customers say at the end of the move, «your guys were awesome, I’m very happy».

Moving Savers was great back when we used them in November 2014. Bryson was great about communication leading up to move and very organized. Just now getting around to writing a review. Bryson’s crew was very efficient and caused no damage to any of our possessions. Would recommend to friends and family.

If giving 0 stars was an option that would be the case with Moving Savers. DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!!! I have never written a Unilocal review, but am always reading them, and opened an account just to write a review for Moving Savers because it is THAT BAD.
Run down of the situation:
–6k couch set from Pottery Barn damaged on every single corner on couch and chair
–large nice black corner desk chipped right on top where your wrists lie when you type (now we can’t resell, looks and feels awful)
–1 year old black large dresser cracked down the entire side!!! (Also not able to resell)
Mind you they only moved 4 items, so only one thing was not damaged.
The worst part of the situation is the business owner Bryson. We have called and contacted him many times, in one instance he said he was «watching the Seahawks» and «call after the game» to which we did and he did not answer the call. Don’t get me wrong Go Hawks, but Comcast does not have the movers edge they claim to have so we weren’t able to watch the game. Back to the point, at first he was willing to reimburse us for the $ 200 moving expense. We were fine with that and did not ask for any replacements or damage money. But now it has been about 25 days and he is ignoring our phone calls and has yet to even pay us the moving expense back! At this point, with what a terrible human being he clearly is, I do want and expect to get some replacement money in addition to the moving expense. We have gone to the Better business Bureau about Moving Savers and next week plan to go to small claims court. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable and this man should be out of business.

My husband and I had a great experience with Moving Savers! We just got stationed in WA and needed help with unpacking our moving truck last minute. Bryson worked us into their schedule the day we called and drove down to Lacey. They helped us unpack the truck in no time! Great customer service and communication. Don’t believe the 5-​star reviews here on Unilocal.I’m sure that Moving Savers paid writers for those glowing reviews you’re reading. Moving Savers is the *worst* moving company in Seattle.
Movers never showed up on moving day (despite confirming the day before). If these guys showed up right now (ha!) they’d be 6 hours late.
I had several bids from local moving companies. While Moving Savers wasn’t the cheapest by any means, I chose them because they were so reassuring that they’d take care of everything. I told Moving Savers that I’m a single mother with no backup; their reassurance was exactly what I needed, and I was willing to pay more for it.
So, here we are on moving day, just my 6 year-​old and me. Moving Savers never bothered to show up, answer phone calls or reply to text messages. I’ve done most of the move myself, and am now frantically searching Craigslist/​TaskRabbit for anyone who can help me lift the furniture and the few remaining boxes.
Thanks, Moving Savers, for making an already stressful day 100% more stressful. Thanks, Moving Savers, for taking what should have been a happy occasion – moving into a new apartment – and ruining it. Thanks, Moving Savers, for being the worst moving company in Seattle, and for wasting my Sunday: the 2 hour job you promised turned into a 10-​hour nightmare, all thanks to you.
I’m disgusted, and I’ll do my part to make sure no one ever uses this company.

OK. So one week after the scheduled move, Bryson stopped by my house to apologize for this incident and actually offered any help that he could. I just feel that specially coming to your house just for apologizing means that they care for you as a customer. And I heard his excuse for not showing up on time (which I would not go into details) but it seemed legit to me. Bryson as a person was very nice and the company does care for their customers. Hence, I am updating the review to 4 stars.

If I could, I would give them zero stars.
A friend completed his move with Moving Savers’ help and recommended them to us. So, I thought, sure let’s go with them. I scheduled my appointment at least 1 week in advance and I got confirmation from Bryson Black at least 4 days in advance with move scheduled.
I got the logistics sheet as well from him and made sure to submit that sheet 48 hours in advance of the move.
Fast forward, to the move day. Gave a call to Bryson to make sure that they were going to be at my home on time. Bryson told me that they are going to be a bit delayed as first move is taking time. I said that should be OK but asked him to give an estimate on until when they would be available. He said between 3 — 4 pm. At around 2 pm, I received another call stating that they should be at my place around 4 pm and typically the way it works is they will give a call to you when they input your address in GPS and will let you know the estimate time it will take to reach your place. I said that’s OK and will wait.
I waited until 4 pm, no response. 4:30, nothing. 5 pm, I decided to call Bryson, he didn’t pick up my phone. Sent him a message and a voicemail, no response.
Eventually, no one turned up from Moving Savers and I had to hire another movers, which I was fortunate enough to find right next day as I lived in a small apartment and just needed to move and not pack.
I would highly advise to have another mover as a backup if you are booking with Moving savers, especially if you have a big move and are heavily relying on them.

I had a great experience with Bryson and his team in my first move within Seattle. I had called Bryson on Thursday morning, and he was able to accommodate a next Monday morning move– one of the only companies that could do this and the only one that got back to me right away.
Despite being a local (within the same zip code) move, it was a difficult one considering the buildings I was moving from and to. They were located on some very steep hills, and my new building had a very annoying move in process (one elevator– requiring a key and I only had one key), as well as a difficult parking situation.
The only issues I had was that the price was a bit higher than I expected (mainly because the move took longer)– however given that the move was difficult, it makes sense.
Bryson and his two moving co-​workers did a great job given the circumstances, I would strongly recommend them.

Very professional a few issues around communication which wasn’t Bryson’s fault (he lost his phone etc). Price was fair not the cheapest but looked like they took good care. Bryson made the interstate move to Cali super easy hired a truck and drove things down. Team moved entire house in super fast time and unloaded super fast. I’m weary of moving companies Bryson is honest and trustworthy — highly recommended.
And no I wasn’t paid to do the review! And yes I tried a bunch of folks on here and Bryson was the most responsive and flexible.

Had a recent move from Everett to Kirkland. Out of all the companies we requested info from, Bryson got back first, was professional and informative. He did not make promises he couldn’t keep and was very honest. Judging by my interactions with him, its no wonder the business is doing so well. They aren’t the cheapest, but I am ok with that as long as they are professional, efficient, polite and hard working. And my two movers, Jack and Alex, were exactly that.

They helped us on a recent move and were great to work with. We had some moving challenges as we were putting ½ of our house into storage, and they helped us navigate the storage unit move as well as loading the other items into their truck for the new place. His crew was friendly and helpful, working their tails off. The only two issues I had were a couple items getting minor damage, and the overall move was more than I had hoped (but not necessarily their fault, mostly because of the logistics with the storage unit).

Bryson was professional and organized from the first contact I had with him on the phone. On move day, he and Alex were very fast, and very careful with my antiques, especially my 1-​of-​a-​kind bronzed race horse statue, which is VERY heavy. They took as much care as I would have, to put it in my car and pad it very well for safe travels. They loaded the truck, and then we had to make a stop at a furniture store to pick up new furniture. Bryson made sure to keep room in the truck for that furniture too. Once at my new place, they were so fast up and down the stairs and even helped me unwrap and set up the new furniture, all while keeping the time and my budget in mind. I just can’t say enough about Bryson and Moving Savers. If you want careful, reliable service and you want to get your money’s worth — go with Moving Savers. They were FANTASTIC!!!

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about this company and Bryson. They were absolutely fantastic. Everything moved perfectly including a lot of electronics and fragile items. We had a combined move with someone else and when there were issues with the other person’s unpacked items — Bryson was phenomenally professional in handling it. It was worth every penny and more!

Bryson was the BEST part of our move.
We recently moved from Seattle to Portland. We packed and moved a 4 bedroom house with 2 kids.
Things we appreciated about Bryson:
He is responsive
He is prompt
He is professional
He was respectful of our home and belongings (this goes for Travis as well)
He put my 2 year old daughter at ease during the whole process (important to note Bryson is very very tall and my little girl is shy)
He packed our belonging so well that we drove it ourselves from SEA to PDX and nothing broke!!! (26 foot truck)
The movers who did the unpacking were complaining of how tightly everything was packed and padded! (let’s just say they were no Bryson)
In addition:
We called him the next day while driving the truck to ask some questions and he was available to us
He also called us two days after the move to follow up and make sure things went well.
And the packing took longer than we thought so Bryson checked in with us to make sure we were ok with it. When he gave me the cost at the end he asked me if I thought it was fair.
Excellent customer care. Great people. Much appreciated.

Bryson’s business is booming, and now I know why. I reached out to a number of movers via Craiglist, desperate to find someone who could manage a simple 1BR move from South Lake Union to West Seattle, less than 5 days away. From all the responses I received, the minute I heard back from Bryson with clear communication on how he can help, the moving rate, and information he needed to provide a timely estimate, I knew this business was for real. He has a no nonsense systematic approach that yields to making things happen for you!
Him and his team member came shortly after the scheduled starting time (it was absolutely pouring outside, so it was completely understandable if you know how drivers are like when it rains here ;-)) They wasted no time to wrap whatever furniture needed to be wrapped for protection, and get my stuff loaded onto the moving carts to get them down quickly into the truck within 2 – 3 trips. Bryson is a clear leader, who knows how to optimize efforts, rolling up his sleeves too with the other mover (s).
He truly cares about getting the job done right and building a genuine working relationship with you. The other mover was extremely hard working, friendly and courteous as well.
Oh — did mention the price! $ 260 for a 3-​hour move, 2 guys and a truck, quick wrapping of your furniture to ensure minimal to no damage at all (I had none!) — — it’s a deal! I gave each of them a $ 20 tip, which I didn’t think was that much but they were genuinely appreciative, which told me something about their character too as a business.
Highly recommend — I will certainly be hiring them again.

We used this company for a move recently.
We’ve moved twice in the last two years and I seriously dreaded moving again. However, Bryson and his crew made our move experience very smooth and painless. Bryson and Ken showed up to our place on the day of the move and were completely friendly and professional. From beginning to end everything went smoothly. They demonstrated personal responsibility and excellent customer service (this is so important in a business!) Their rates were extremely reasonable. Overall, I was very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called many different moving companies looking for the best price and a professional attitude. I had been on the fence with hiring a company until I spoke to Bryson! He was down to earth and easy to chat with about our move! We had a very packed 1 bedroom apartment and we did our best to get everything ready ahead of time! The guys showed up on time, and ended just about when the predicted to! They checked with each other and did things in a time efficient manner. All items made it from one place to another in excellent shape and they went above and beyond with covering/​protecting furniture, they even offered many times to distribute furniture! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We hope we don’t have to move again anytime soon but if we do I would definitely call them!

From the first call with Bryson through wrapping things up at the end, it was a great, stress-​free experience all the way around! There were no surprises, and they were super quick and efficient while taking great care with our things. It is always refreshing to meet folks who truly care about the work they do!

Found this company on Craigslist. I was so lucky. Bryson got back to me right away. Excellent customer service.
