This is by far one of the most unprofessional companies that I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t ever expect a call back from anyone there, although that seems to be there go to motto: «We’ll have to call you back… in maybe a week or two». They don’t tell you everything upfront about that you have to move into the apartment when they want you to move in. One of the guys that works there tried to tell me that he would have to talk to «management» to see if he could extend the move in date by a couple of days. Only to find out that he actually owns the company, and he never called me back. I talked to a total of three different people while trying to rent from this company, all of whom would always sounded confused and their go to line would say, I will call you back in 10 minutes. Once, I decided to move on from trying to rent from this company, they decided to not return my deposit because it was my fault they don’t know how to communicate. I can only imagine that if it’s this hard to rent from them, that it is only going to be harder when actually living in one of their rentals and trying to get something taken care of. I wouldn’t be surprised if the company fails eventually, as this somehow is the rating of this startup company. Maybe education isn’t thing, and they just try and wing it.
