Regus Business Centers

Well, we are still there but it’s a very down the rabbit hole experience. We have a mailing address but due to a manager change never got set up properly and had mail returned before the situation was remedied. They bill in a weird way and keep adding charges that I have not authorized. Then they bill me on March 20 for April which to my understanding is due at the beginning of April and say it’s delinquent. How much do I really want to be on the phone trouble shooting something that has been set up and should be running smoothly? We are here to be supported in our business, not given extra trouble and grief. I am using it because I want my office to be transparent, and I am not impressed by the level of consciousness or professionalism.
Besides, another agent and I were told to keep our voices down in the business lounge where we (both members) were having an informal meeting (before we met, not because we were being loud), then treated to a loud discussion by the two receptionists on what they were going to do with their hair the whole time we were there. Thanks for the free coffee, though!

My agency has had an office at this location for nearly five years. I have always found the staff to be first rate, very helpful and knowledgeable. Like the central location of the office, and if I were to open an agency of my own, this location would be my first choice.

Our business has been based at the South Lake Union Regus Business Centre for the past 12 years, and we see no reason why we won’t remain here for at least another 12 years.

We make excellent use of the conference and training facilities because our business associates prefer coming to OUR location due to its central location, easy access, and abundant parking.
Regus enables us to seamlessly expand and contract depending upon our volume of business. There are office supplies and equipment, support staff, extra office space, kitchen and shower facilities, televisions and computers in the common areas, mail and other delivery services, catering, and immediate access to other locations, all on an «as needed» basis!
Regus Business Centre is central to our business presence, and the South Lake Union location is… home.
