Modern Carport, Awning, & Fence is a distributor, supplier, & installer of modern & contemporary outdoor living products for residential & commercial applications. Our primary products are of course carports and awnings, with fencing and gates secondary.

All products are made of premium grade anodized aluminum, and utilize ONLY stainless steel fasteners. All products come pre-​painted with built in rain gutters, and lexan roof panels. There is virtually zero maintenance with our products.

Our company is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with additional operations throughout the Western United States.

History

Established in 2014.

We believed customers needed better options than what the marketplace offered. We believed in offering not only premium looking products, but premium quality products, and premium performing products for the residential and commercial marketplace.

We desired an affordable, non-​rusting product that used ONLY stainless steel fasteners. We wanted a product that would withstand the harsh elements here in the Pacific Northwest, not require maintenance or painting, and also have built-​in rain gutters.

We are proud to say we found great products and have brought them to Washington, and 9 other western states.
