History
Established in 2014.
Open for Espresso, pastries, breakfast pizza, stromboli, fritattas and breakfast sandwiches, as well as lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Sporting a new, full service ‘Pocket Bar’ in addition to Wine and Beer Mioposto is a Pizzeria first. Dynamic, blistered in our 1,200 degree wood-fired oven Mioposto’s crust provides the vehicle for the finest ingredients we can source.
In that we prefer to use local flour from our fine State (Richmond) Mioposto is precluded from chasing the Neopolitan Tiara choosing instead to refine an authentic Seattle Pizza to rival those other Pizza hot spots in the USA.
