Metro Auto Rebuild

Sean Keyser at Metro Auto Rebuild is fantastic. I had my brand new BMW 335xi repaired at RnR in Bellevue and RnR failed to remove two scratches. They also left residual wax compound all over the crevices of two door handles. Due to the poor customer service at RnR, I stopped by Metro Auto Rebuild and asked them if they would be willing to clean out the wax on my door handles and remove the scratches. Metro and RnR are «sister» body shops, so Sean took my car and fixed it free of charge. I am extremely pleased with the result and attention to detail that Metro provided. Their customer service was fantastic and I’m very happy they fixed issues that RnR failed to fix. I highly recommend this body shop!

Metro Auto Rebuild did an amazing job with my classic 560 SL. They had to do corrective work of another body shop’s poor paint and finish quality work and the car never looked better! They kept me posted on the progress and even sent me a few photos along the way that I requested, to see the process. We had a little issue after we got the car back which caused a scratch in the new paint and they stepped right up and took care of it.
They were courteous and professional and I would recommend them.

They took 3 month to fix my car and always in delay. I really not suggest this place.

First class service and the car looks as good as new. I got status calls each day and the car was ready when David promised it. Having Enterprise rentals on-​site was a big plus. Took one extra day but it was worth the wait and the nice detail job that the car got in return for being in the shop. Thanks for everything and as much as I appreciate the job you guys do, I hope to never have to come back in again.

Got in a fender bender. Tried fixing a smashed tail light myself on my 2001 Nissan Maxima, but the body was slightly bent so I could not do it. I drove it to Metro to get a quote but since I already had the replacement part, Ryan just bent the metal back straight for free! Took 10 minutes. He also gave me a fair quote for bumper replacement– which I will definitely come back for when the time is right. RYAN, YOU ARE AWESOME. THANK YOU!

I just got a Benz, and I stupidly parked to close to a parking brick and it ripped off the side of my front bumper… I looked up a few places who tried ripping me off and found metro auto rebuild… they were extremely friendly and can fix any car, not just one type of vehicle. they inspected my car and gave me a quote right away. very reasonable prices and are able to order parts right away without the long wait! I would recommend this place :)

After 3 incidents with other cars in my life, inevitably I would need to take my current Volvo S60 in for crunch work… done by a stranger while my car was parked. My only choice: Metro Auto Rebuild. I have always had great experiences, and the most recent was even more so.
Ryan was extremely helpful; ask for him by name as others may not maintain his excellent level of customer service. He walked me through the process, provided reasonable timelines, and even helped repair a scratch — not incurred as part of the accident — at a reasonable price.
The paint was perfectly matched, and I received my car back with a sparkling hand wash. When I noticed a rattle by my window after the repair, I was able to stop by and the team tightened the mirror quickly. Now, everything is good as new!
The only less than positive experience was with the front desk staff. The gals need to take a lesson from Ryan by showing some enthusiam for their work, and compassion for the customer. But as long as Ryan, and the repair team members are there, the desk work is irrelivant.
I would & do definitely recommend MAR to friends and family!

I took my 3 series to Metro Auto Rebuild after I rear ended someone. Worked with Ryan S. and he was definitely nice/​pleasant to work with. (FYI I tried working with someone else earlier in the year for some other body work and he was a complete dbag and literally said NO when I asked if I could talk to Ryan instead). Anyways, back to the reason why I went, the body work itself was amazing. Everything looked really good after all the repairs. The only gripe I had was that the original estimate was 2 – 3 weeks and it ended up taking over a month, but sh*t happens and they made sure the repairs were perfect. Ryan felt bad and took of 20% on my deposit (without asking) and also paid for the rental car for the last week because it took so long. All in all a great experience, they will take care of you during and after the process.

This is the only bodyshop you will ever need. Whether you have a high end car (they have Ferraris in there!) or a normal commuter — Ryan Stier is the best in the business!
They repainted the front of my wifes 3 series after she introduced her car into the back of someone elses. It was perfect. You couldn’t tell. They kept me updated as it went through the process and it was ready on time, clean and without any issues. Top notch!

I’m new in town and unfortunately got into a fender bender as a welcome gift. I searched for BMW certified repair centers in Seattle and Metro happened to be right next to Seattle BMW.
I had my car towed to Metro and Sean called me to let me know it was in their possession. This was my first accident I’ve ever been in and Sean guided me throughout the entire process. He worked with my insurance and let me know as soon as they approved all OEM replacement parts. He would call to provide updates and estimates on the next steps along the repair process. He emailed me the list of all the work being done at the shop and let me know what would be going back to the dealer to get repaired.
We identified some damage to my vehicle that wasn’t covered by insurance and Sean worked with me on pricing so I could get that taken care of as well.
With the damage my car sustained I was uneasy and unsure that the car would ever drive the same again. I am happy to report though that it is even better than new. The people there really do quality work and pay close attention to detail. Even after I took my car back, Sean let me know that if I found anything that wasn’t right to give him a call. It’s nice to see a company stand behind their work even after they have collected their check.

I have to say that I’m really glad I did. Ryan took care of everything for me from dealing with the other party’s insurance to making sure my car was done right and on time. My cars bumper looks great and way better than I expected. I highly recommend Ryan and Metro Auto Rebuild.

My wife and I have used MAR exclusively for 10 years for two different vehicles. They go out of their way to do quality work in a timely manner. I have never had the kind of service that MAR affords from any other body shop. If you need a «go to» person, ask for Ryan. He’s amazing! Metro fixed rock damage on my 2007 black BMW. They also painted a door that had paint defects. The finished repairs looked like new. Several months after the repair there was a visible problem with a small area on the door that was painted. I returned the vehicle and Metro promptly fixed the problem. They stood behind their warranty. I would take my car there again if I need bodywork.

I took my 3 series here for a bumper repair. They were referred to me by BMW Seattle. I have had the unfortunate luck of having many auto repairs in my lifetime, and Metro Auto’s workmanship and customer service is steller.
I worked with Shawn and Medhanie at Metro. They both went out of their way to make sure that the repair process went smoothly, and above and beyond expectations; a replacement piece to the front grill of my bumper no longer matched the existing parts (due to age and wear). They contacted my insurance company for me, and even offered to comp the cost of ordering additional parts even if the insurance company decided
to not pay for it.
Communication was also amazing. Shawn and Medhanie would call me with updates throughout the repair process.
A major bonus is that they have an Enterprise representative on site, so a rental vehicle was ready to go when I dropped my car off.
Also, the interior of the shop is clean, warm and inviting.
I highly recommend this autobody shop.

I got into an altercation with a concrete wall, the wall won. It resulted in my front bumper nearly falling off (thank you duct tape.) Metro Auto Rebuild is conveniently located next to my gym. I was a bit reluctant to take my car to Metro, because they work on BMW’s and Mercedes, so I figured it would cost me my one and only born. My ride is a Nissan, not luxury, but it’s nice.
I talked to my trainer, who spoke with Metro’s owner (Doug) who came in and gave me and the other «gym-​rats» a bit of a lesson on using shops which are in cahoots with an insurance company, versus using one of your choice, and explained the workmanship at MAR. This was not by any means a business sell, because really, are you going to go out and tear up your car to see if what he’s saying is true? So, I finally put my car in for repair, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of genuine, customer service. I got a drop off from the owner to work and an offer to pick up, if I needed a ride when my car was ready. Very nice.
So, when I got my car, after only 2.5 days without it, it did not look like the car I have had for so many years. The bumper was perfect, and my car was showroom clean! The exterior was buffed, it was super shiny, the tires were scrubbed and it smelled so good inside. They did a great job! I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs any work done, and they guarantee their workmanship for as long as you own the car. Thanks for excellent workmanship Metro Auto Rebuild!

Do Not Go Here!!! Got my BMW fixed and they didn’t seal the bumper and water filled my trunk costing me over $ 1,000 to fix! I would fax them to reimburse me and they wouldn’t respond! VERY BAD PLACE! BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD­DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD! I would protest them with a big sign, But Need to work to pay bills
