I asked to buy a Powerball ticket. It was my understanding that they cost $ 2.00. Apparently, at this market, they cost $ 20.00.
I asked, again, that I wanted one ticket and he confirmed that it costs $ 20.00.
Never shopping there again – and I live in LQA. I’ve emailed Governor Inslee. Hopefully, this place will lose their license.

I think we figured out that the guy is racist, sexist or at least disapproves of miscegenation. My husband (who is white) swears the guy is always nice when he frequently comes in by himself. His transactions are also processed as credit instead of debit to bypass the surcharge.
However, whenever I come in with my husband, I get shit treatment. He refused to run a charge as credit even when my husband mentioned to him that it was done for him all the time.
And now that my husband has been positively identified as a miscegenator after I accompanied him a few times, he’s been getting shit treatment too.

Great place to buy lottery tickets, booze or lottery tickets. They recently updated their beer & wine selection.
