History
Established in 2010.
While studying fine art photography and business in college I devoured the theory of the real and the awareness of self and applied it to my fine art practices throughout school. In order to put myself through school at a private women’s university I nannied for Families in the Pittsburgh and Seattle area. It was through my many years of working with children that I found the most honest and beautiful portraits I had taken were of moments in their lives. The energy and expression within their interaction and their delight in experiencing the now was captivating and very precious to their families. My work as a nanny made me extremely aware of how fleeting and tiny the window into our childhood truly is. Once I graduated and moved back to Seattle I realized my need to help other families save the moments that make up the greatest parts of life in a way that can be shared, held, and treasured.
