Found this place by accident. Great place to get a no frills and perfectly executed men’s haircut, shampoo and blow dry for 20.00. Susan is really great and doesn’t guess what you want. She asks you first and then will give you her opinion. Highly recommended!

PRICEIS $ 35-$ 45 for women’s haircut! ITISNOT $ 17!!! I went on Unilocal to find a cheap place for a quick haircut but $ 38 was a little bit expensive since the cut was simple, she did the job. Came in on a Thursday afternoon, décor is a bit dated. Pretty quiet. During the shampoo I wish she didn’t scratch at my scalp so hard. Combing my hair for blow dry, kept hitting my ear. Cut my hair just fine, nice haircut but expensive since it was literally a straight cut across. Small talk somehow with her lead to her calling her daughter(high school student) to talk to me for college advice and what to do(on speakerphone). I’m a college student, not fit for college counseling. Kept asking if I wanted to color my hair and it would«only be $ 100»(Original price like $ 130?) I respectfully declined. She gave me a discount so I ended up paying $ 38 gave her an extra small tip and left. I ended up having to use the money saved for parking since she«took too long.» Haircut: 4.5 Experience: 3 Attitude: 5(her daughter was nice too so…) Price: 3 I should’ve asked first. I wanted a haircut that was $ 10-$ 28 but no, I spent $ 42… Sad life. Parking was $ 7.50 too so… $ 49.50… I’m a college student. /insert crying emoji/ I’m giving a 5 because… Good vibes from the lady with 3 kids. Her one daughter I talked to was nice too.

Just moved to Seattle and decided to try out this salon after reading all the good reviews. It was a big disappointment that I decided to sign up a Unilocal account to review this salon. This is a small salon with 3 seats but clean overall. There is only 1 stylist +/-her daughter as a helper. The place gets overwhelmed when there are more than 2 customers. The daughter who has less experience ended up coloring my hair. She spent over 1+hrs putting the hair dye on ¾ of my hair. My hair color was darker on my left side as a result of this delay. The stylist started blaming it on how thick my hair was and how much hair dye products they have to use. After a long wait(because the stylist has to cut 3 other customers), she washed my hair while chatting with her friend. She scratched my scalp so hard that I have to tell her to stop. When she blow-dry my hair, her nails were digging into my scalp and causing irritation. Even if you make an appointment for a hair cut, she will end up cutting her other walk-in customers. I think she overcharged for her service here. I ended paying $ 140 + for hair cut, coloring, and lot of scratches on my scalp. Definitely not worth this price for a hair cut and coloring in China town. I feel bad for another customer who got charge $ 300+ for coloring/treatment/cut. Overall, my experience at this salon is poor and I would not recommend this salon to any of my Asian friends. Will have to search for better salon place for my next cut.
