I have over 15 years of DUI and criminal defense experience, and have represented people accused of various misdemeanors such as driving under the influence («DUI»), Boating under the Influence, reckless driving, assault, drug-​related charges, theft charges, domestic violence, minor marijuana possession, traffic tickets, including speeding, and other criminal offenses. My sole focus is representing people facing DUI or other criminal charges in both state and municipal courts and it’s what I’ve been doing my entire career.

Business Owner

Andrew (born in Seattle, Washington) started his career as a prosecuting attorney then worked as an associate for Bennett Raney Moran and Gianeschi in Kitsap County. In 2001, he started The Law Office of Andrew Charles Huff. He attended Washington State University and graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 1997, where he won numerous trial awards and was admitted to the prestigious Order of Barristers.
