Criminal defense of DUI and all misdemeanors. Appeals of convictions for all misdemeanors and felonies. Department of Licensing hearings.

History

Established in 2010.

Throughout Mindy’s years in private practice and as a public defender, she became disillusioned with the way other criminal attorneys treated their clients. Many Seattle criminal defense attorneys are only in it for the money — they don’t return client phone calls, they don’t do the research that could get a case dismissed, and they take more cases than they can reasonably handle. Public defenders have great intentions, but they don’t always have enough time to devote to each client.

So, Mindy started her own «next generation» criminal defense firm to change all that. She has all the benefits of a large criminal defense firm — mentorship from the best lawyers in Seattle, access to all the resources necessary to fully investigate and research a client’s case — but none of the drawbacks of a boss who takes half her paycheck to pay for the firm’s huge overhead. As a result, Mindy provides high quality representation at a lower price than her competitors.
