My iPhone 6 plus had the screen broken and the earpiece speaker probably damaged! I just brought it here and after one hour they changed both of them! Now I’ve got a new phone! Thank you guys! ;)

Great people and great service. I’ve also been to another iDope store in the past, and this one is just as good. A lifesaver if you have a broken phone or other device and don’t want to spend the money to get a new one. Highly reccomended.

Sigh, the power of Unilocal.I got a call from idope the day after I left my last review. They saw the review and were very apologetic. They offered to price match in return for changing my review. I very much appreciated the call. They obviously care about their business. I think this is a great spot to have your screen fixed. Although you may want to compare prices before buying the alluring accessories stacked on the shelves. I love supporting local businesses… But I hate getting ripped off.

My iPhone was near the end of its battery life and I was about to have a rough afternoon getting back to Lake Forest Park on the bus. I’m new to the area so the bus’ around here are foreign to me. I walked into the store and asked if I could use a charger in exchange for a few bucks, they would not accept my money. They charged my phone for nothing but good conversation.
While I was waiting I got the chance to look around and ask questions. The store is clean, the owners are dope, the services I witnessed them preform while I was waiting were very professionally done. Whenever I need something done with my apple products I know where to head.

I paid $ 25 for a iphone 6 charger that looked like it cost $ 2 to manufacture. The outrageous price was ok since it saved the trip to the Apple Store. What wasn’t ok was the wall plug and cord got very hot and did not charge my phone. What a rip off.

These guys are the best. My phone was water damaged, then needed a new home button because the default one was not allowing my phone to turn on, then saved me when my iPhone 6 locked up because when you try to update your phone without the original home button with iTouch it turns your phone in to a useless brick. I’m very pleased with their services as they saved my phone twice.

Clumsily dropped my IPhone 6 Plus & was bummed when I picked it up to see that the screen was completely shattered! I ended up heading over to iDope & they were able to repair it for a decent price (less than the Apple Store!). Super friendly & fast service! Thanks!

I brought my phone in here because something was stuck in the headphone jack and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes! I’d highly recommend!

5 star customer service. The employees really understand the gravity of not having your phone and go out of their way to get it back to you expediently.
I only dinged it a star because I hear there are cheaper options, and it’s humbling to fork over $ 100 because you stupidly broke your phone screen (again). But I have an iPhone5S, and they’re supposedly more difficult.

2 years ago iDope repaired the speaker on my iPhone 4s. They were fast and reasonably priced, so I went back today for a non-​working screen on my 5s. Nick was helpful and explained the repair. The new screen, with installation, was much less than the Apple store.
They had my phone working perfectly in about half an hour. These guys rock!

Really great customer service and they get the job done quick! I take my clients phones to them for repairs and to get those pesky screen protectors put on. They make it look easy.

The place is AWESOME! Time efficient and high quality! After my phone’s tragic fall, I did not know where to turn. I have insurance, but the deductible was $ 150 and I wasn’t prepared to spend that kind of money. IDope was there for me! They provided a quality (and fun!) new front screen at a VERY resonalbe price. Thanks Idope for saving my phone and my wallet! You guys are the best!

I am super happy with my experience in their store this evening. I’m visiting from Utah and had an issue with my iPhone 5s. The screen was separating from the casing at the top right because I dropped the phone a long time ago. I tried to have the problem resolved at a store back home. That store charged me top dollar and the piece popped out again the same day.
I loved that iDope took care of the issue by replacing the screen altogether and the phone looks new (and awesome with a custom color)! Glad I came to Seattle, and I would definitely deal with these guys again.

I work nearby and have walked by this place quite a few times. I finally went in to inquire about the battery on my iPhone 5. It had been shutting down at 20% level, then started at 40% level. Very frustrating. They told me that a new battery should take care of the issue. Not feeling the need to upgrade right now, I took a chance and had it replaced. They were speedy (done within the time it took me to browse West Elm) and it did the trick! Was reasonably priced and well worth not having to up my contract with Verizon and shell out hundreds of dollars. Would definitely recommend!

Beware: Their prices for iPhone 5 screen replacement are higher than Apple Store’s, and the replacement parts they use are not as durable as originals. They also damaged my phone during repair, which I found out when I took it back to Apple to re-​do the same repair a month later.
Here’s the longer version:
I had my iPhone screen replaced here in December. The folks I dealt with were prompt and pleasant.
A few days later, I noticed a huge scratch on the middle of brand-​new glass. I keep the phone all by itself in a cloth pocket of my purse, so I was surprised to see such a deep gash. Over the next couple of weeks, more scratches appeared — clearly this replacement glass was not as scratch-​resistant as the Apple part it replaced.
Exactly a month after the iDope replacement, the phone fell from my pocket (while I was seated) and landed on a carpeted floor. Despite the minimal impact, the screen shattered so badly that the phone wouldn’t even light up. Lesson learned: Get it repaired at Apple next time.
When I went to Apple today to have the screen replaced, the Apple techs were unable to fix the glass because the screws that hold the screen on were STRIPPED. I had to get a whole new phone!
I also found out that – had they been able to replace the glass – Apple would have charged me $ 129 plus tax (even though my phone was long out of warranty) for the repair. iDope charged me $ 136 plus tax and they didn’t even use original parts!
I wasn’t going to leave a negative review, but when I wrote to iDope to let them know that their tech needed some retraining on reinstalling screws, I got a whole bunch of excuses, including a rather ridiculous claim that Apple «technicians are sometimes not as well trained» and insinuations that my phone was damaged by some other undisclosed repair. To be 100% clear: iDope is the only shop that ever touched my phone, and I never attempted to work on it myself.
I wasn’t asking for anything from iDope — not a refund, not a discount — so for them to be so dismissive was pretty infuriating.

I went in to have my phone battery replaced and have my power button repaired. I left that day happy with my phone. Come 3 days later, the screen now is popping out of the phone. I went in to the store and they told me that I must have dropped my phone. I have not dropped my phone. Now the insides are probably exposed to the elements and my phone will likely die from water damage at some point. When I went back in and spoke to the manager, he talked to me as if I had high expectations for having my phone repaired. YOU ARE A REPAIR PLACE! He told me he hoped that I won’t write a Unilocal review. Apparently a lot of other people have similar issues. I wish I would have gone online and done some research.
He asked me what I wanted accomplished. I told him I wanted my phone to at least be in one piece and at least the same condition on the outside as it was previously. I did not want to pay a 50 diagnostic fee.
Do not go here.

I got my sim card cut to fit my new iPhone and Rachel at iDope did it for me with such care and precision. I really appreciated her customer service! Then I come to see all these cool things that iDope sells. Cool cases for your phone, charges and cables. They also rebuild your iPhone as a complete custom design from front to back.
This place is cool! Complete eye candy for iPhones, and did I mention great customer care?!

Worst customer service I have EVER had. I took my iphone in about a month ago to get my cracked screen repaired which I paid over $ 200 for. After a month the newly installed screen began popping out and my camera no longer functioned. I took my iphone back into iDope and they said it was no problem to fix… when I came back that same day to pick it up they said that unfortunately when they opened my phone to reinstall the screen «something» (that they can’t point out) happened and my phone was no longer functioning. They then said that my only option was to pay an additional $ 50 for an analysis so they can figure out what happened and if they can make the phone operable again.
I came in with a working phone and came out with a phone that completely doesn’t work and is only good for a door stopper. How can their customer service be SO poor not to wave the $ 50 analysis fee to fix something they broke?!
Please take my advice and NEVER go here.
It’s better to be safe and take your iphone into the apple store for repairs-​at least they are professionals that know what they are doing, and will treat you with the customer service you deserve.
