iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

This is a great alternative to going through a complicated DIY repair or to just buying a new phone due to a cracked screen. Super convenient, pleasant, quick, expert, thorough, and seamless interaction from beginning to end, which was all in all less than 24 hours!
OK I haven’t upgraded my phone in awhile (iPhone 4s), so when I finally got a large spiderweb crack in the corner, the financially rational option would’ve been to upgrade the phone. But my hardy phone was actually still fully functional, so my practical side said to look into doing a repair instead.
Apple would only do a replacement phone, but DIY online repair kits were enticingly inexpensive. I stumbled upon iCracked as I was searching for DIY instructions, and submitted my request for a quote through their website just to price compare. Within minutes (and this was evening), I had a text message price quote from Geoff. He actually tried to talk me out of the repair due to the age of the phone, but his quoted price (parts, labor & travel all inclusive) was only marginally more than the DIY kits, plus he had the part on hand, so I decided to move forward.
Coordination was convenient and easy — Via text, we scheduled a location and time of my choice for the next day (coffee shop, evening after work).
Brand new screen in less than an hour while I waited — As I enjoyed a drink, Geoff meticulously and expertly went through the 96 steps to disassemble /​reassemble the entire phone for the repair. There is something to be said for having someone who’s done this a thousand times, as opposed to myself negotiating minuscule screws, stickers, bolts, and connectors! They also do a comprehensive before and after functions check of the phone (microphone, headset, camera etc.). As for the parts, the quality looks fine. I understand they source their own made to Apple standards, and they come with screen protector.
My phone has gotten a second life, and if you’re satisfied with a functional 3-​year old phone as I am and see no need to contribute more e-​waste, this is an easy, convenient, & cost effective option.

I sent an inquiry about fixing my broken screen early in the morning and got an email back saying the local tech would contact me. Waited all day and no call. Finally emailed them in the late afternoon and they said, oh, we don’t have any techs in Seattle. Great, you could have told me that eight hours ago.

I am on tour with an artist and broke my phone yesterday. I spoke with an employee about coming out to repair my phone. Although it was farther than I anticipated from Seattle he still managed to come out and fix my phone on a Satuday. I was very impressed with the trouble he went though in order to help me out as it is extremely important to have my phone at all times on this journey for business purposes. Carl is no longer there but Nathan came to my apt bldg and had it fixed in 40 mins.

I broke, nay, shattered to smithereens my iPhone 5 screen. I wasn’t even sure whether it was fixable, but thought I’d give iCracked a crack at it (I would say no pun intended, but that would make me a liar). Once I filled out the info on the website (took less than a minute), I got an email from one of the techs immediately, telling me that Nathan is available and would be calling me shortly. Long story short, Nathan’s herculean efforts saved me from a sad, iPhone-​less existence. This was far from an easy fix, but Nathan was completely tireless in trying everything, and I now have a phone that feels even better than before. I can’t recommend the company, and especially Nathan enough.

This service is so convenient, fast and friendly. Carl arrived early and waited patiently while I was still en route to my house. He worked very quickly and told me what he was doing as he was doing it– fixing the glass and the home button on my recently shattered iphone. It was great to have someone come to me and work quickly and diligently. I loved not leaving my phone with a stranger and having to track down parking downtown or in a commercial area. I loved this service and would wholeheartedly recommend iCracked to anyone who needs their iphone repaired.

Carl was awesome! He met me way sooner than expected and replaced my cracked iPhone screen in no time! He was very professional and personable, and didn’t mind my eating in front of him. If I ever break my screen again, I know who to call.

Carl is a life saver. Seriously. My whole life is on my iPhone and it was put on hold after I dropped it and destroyed my screen. I am so thankful I found iCracked. I was not looking forward to going to the Apple Store. My camera broke in my last iPhone and going through the Apple store ended up being a nightmare.

Awesome company. Sooo easy! I broke my brand new iPad screen that I use constantly for work. Frantic, I did a google search and found this company called iCracked and downloaded the iCracked app and requested a «technician» and within minutes was contacted by Carl. We set up a time and place to meet that was easiest for me. Carl was completely knowledgable and professional. He arrived in a iCracked smart car. So cool! He took my iPad for the night and the next morning I got it back, looking as if it was brand new! I could not thank him enough for the quick service and told him I would recommend him to EVERYONE I know! Seriously, I hope I don’t break any of my many apple devices anytime soon, but if I do, at least I get to see Carl in his cute little car again! Use him!

I had a great experience with this service. I shattered my iPhone 5 screen and didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting an entirely new phone through Apple. Being the only mobile device repair, Carl was able to meet me at a coffee shop in my area (which was so much easier than having to track down a store front/​worry about parking) and repaired my phone within the hour.
