As a Senior Executive at KIRO-​TV, I have built wonderful friendships and networks in the community. This experience and professional know-​how, provides significant marketplace advantages in assisting your selling or buying process. Understanding the need for cutting-​edge technology, skillful negotiations and highly-​targeted marketing campaigns is the «secret sauce» and is a new level of executive professionalism.

History

Established in 2015.

T3 is owned and operated under TeamBuilder Keller Williams who provides in-​house sales and marketing services to the Northwest’s best builders and developers. Ranked #1 in the State and #14 Nationally amongst all Keller Williams Branches, our team exceeded over $ 200 million (total sales units) in annual new home sales in 2014.

As of April 2015, TeamBuilder Keller Williams is ranked 13^th in revenue internationally for Keller Williams.

Manager

It’s a little hard talking about yourself, but when people ask me what has made me so successful during my professional life, I tell them that’s it’s probably a combination of being East Coast tough… along with a big dose of West Coast compassion and care.

When I grew up in an exurb of NYC, (Kingston, NY) I always knew I wanted to be in a glamour profession. I began my career in Washington DC, and helped establish their first internship program for the National Cable TV Association, where I worked on historic Cable TV legislation as a lobbyist.

After receiving my MBA from American University in Washington, D.C., I first went to Disney and helped with their initial launch of The Disney Channel. Shortly thereafter, I was hired in a management position for Paramount Pictures, in charge of a $ 40 million annual budget at the age of 25!
