Excellent. This is my first experience ever with hypnotherapy. Kris was professional, personable and completely put me at ease. It felt like a deeply relaxing yet focused guided meditation. I saw Kris to address my increasing anxiety over flying. I just returned from a trip that involved over 40 hours of flying and I had little to no anxiety! I am so grateful to have been given the tools to make my life better while also feeling that my subconscious has shifted to support me being more at ease. Thank you Kris!
