I just recentley worked on a purchase with Greg Lewis. I found Greg to be not only highly professional but very personable and knowlegable as well. My borrowers were in VERY good hands with Greg as they were able to make an offer that was accepted in the very competitive Seattle market. I am glad they chose to work with Greg.

I never thought I would have strong feelings about a real estate agent, but it’s hard to imagine a better real estate agent than Greg.
Greg struck a great balance between educating us and allowing us to find our own way in figuring out what would make a good home and location for us. He also could advise us on what changes to a given house were doable and able to ballpark how much something would cost to do.
He shined even more after we bought the home. He was able to recommend a great handyman, electrician, etc, and even met a couple of them for us at home when we couldn’t make it!
I’m excited when I hear people are looking to buy a house so I can recommend Greg!

Greg was instrumental in selling our house in a challenging market and helping us submit a winning offer on the house of our dreams. There were multiple offers on the new house and I’m certain we would not have gotten it if it had not been for Greg’s effort. He made a number of excellent recommendations on how to get our old house ready for market and brought an extensive list of trusted contractors which we put to good use. Once we were listed Greg really shined and we had offers on the table in short order. He’s a great communicator, charismatic and obviously very well respected in the real estate community. I’d recommend Greg Lewis to anyone without reservation.

Greg is an amazing real estate agent. He helped us buy our home several years ago and then sell it when we were ready to move. He is extremely competent, energetic, enthusiastic and effective. He is way more than a real estate agent. He stopped by our house when we were remodeling to check it out and give us advice. He has a huge network of professionals that he trusts for work on the home, which was extremely useful to us. I would recommend him without any reservations
