I am an electrical contractor and I often work with real estate agents in preparation for buying or selling a home. Robin and I worked together for many years. During that time her dedication to integrity was clear. When choosing someone to broker the largest transaction of your life, trust in your advocate is paramount. So, when it came time for my wife and I to begin our own home search there was no question that Robin would represent us. We closed on our new home 2 weeks ago and we couldn’t be more pleased. She tolerated (with a smile) our glacial pace, frequent indecision, and procrastination in getting pre-​approval for a loan. With the housing market becoming increasingly competitive, Robin managed to secure our house with our offer being $ 25,000 less than the high bid. Without her help our family would not be able to compete in such a ferocious market. There is no doubt that she will work equally as hard for you.

We’ve worked with many realtors over the years, and we’re SO glad we chose Robin to help us find a home in this ultra-​competitive market. Three things that make her stand out:
1) she is super responsive and on top of things
2) she is a GREAT relationship-​builder, she forges positive relationships with selling agents who often received multiple offers; this also enabled her to pull out insights that we used to craft our offer/​escalation clause
3) she’s authentic and warm in her interactions as well as insightful; my husband and I always valued her ability to reflect back what she was hearing from us while we were debating whether to put in an offer on a home that we were unsure about.
In all Robin spent 15 months helping us and was unfailingly patient– we started the house-​hunting process while still living out of state. She prioritized us when we came to town in the initial months to explore options and was supportive when we chose to rent for a year rather than buy immediately. We bid on several homes and ultimately succeeded in buying one perfect for us; the sellers chose us even though we were not the highest bidders and were competing against all-​cash offers. I credit this in large part to the way Robin handled the transaction with the seller’s agent.
Another plus is that Robin is familiar with neighborhoods all across the greater Seattle area — initially we thought we only wanted to live in Magnolia, but over time we expanded our search and appreciated her guidance in helping us expand our parameters.
Last, Robin has an incredible network and put out feelers so we could learn about schools all across the city and beyond, and also connected us with a contractor who did a complimentary estimate when we considered buying a home that we would have renovated.
In all, Robin is a true professional — knowledgeable, patient, service-​oriented — and ultimately she enabled us to buy our dream home in a wild market. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Greater Seattle area!

When we first met Robin, we were impressed by her professionalism and motivation, and felt that she would be a good fit for helping us find a single family home in the $ 1M range in a very competitive market. We spent a few weeks with her and saw 5 – 6 houses that were in the running. We appreciated her flexibility in meeting with us and in thinking about different alternatives (neighborhoods, renovations) for us.
After a few weeks of working together, however, we received a vague and impersonal email from Robin saying that she no longer has the time to work with us. We do not feel that we were especially demanding (after all, we only got to see a few homes) or disrespectful (in fact, we felt that we had a pleasant and honest relationship with Robin). The email came without warning or referral to another agent, and certainly didn’t leave us an option to discuss the issue. It’s not clear if Robin is really so overwhelmed with business that she cannot properly devote time to new buyers or our price range/​expected commission was not sufficiently high for her. In any case, we feel it is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for an agent who has agreed to take on clients. We urge other buyers to stay away.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing of an experience we had working with Robin. I would recommend her to anyone in the Seattle area who is looking to buy or sell a home. Our parents told us that Robin was the best Real Estate agent that they had come across. A few quick points about Robin:
1) She’s incredibly honest. Her insight and advice comes from a place of honesty and transparency. This help us make some great decisions.
2) She’s realllllly responsive and quick. In the real estate space you need to move quickly and make decisions fast. Whenever we needed something from Robin, she got back to us super quickly.
3) Knows Seattle. Robin was able to provide us with unique insight about specific neighborhoods, what trends were taking place, and what to keep in mind.
4) Always prepared. Every time we met with her she had documents prepared, had coordinated everything, and knew what she was doing.
5) Is patient. We never felt like Robin was pressuring us to make decisions or was unnecessarily rushing us. This was much appreciated throughout our interaction with her.
Robin is an absolute pleasure to work with and we are incredibly happy that we had the chance to. If you are looking for a real estate agent, you at least owe it to yourself to give her a quick call to chat.

We could not have had a better experience utilizing Robin’s talents in the recent sale of our Seattle home. Prior to listing, she did a thorough walk-​through of our home and helped us prioritize touch-​ups and other work necessary for it to show well. She lined up reliable resources to get the place cleaned, prepped and staged post move-​out. The listing itself was strategically timed and well-​supported with three (!) open houses within the first four days. During that period she sent us regular updates on input she received from visitors, daily visit counts, and answered our myriad questions promptly and thoroughly. Selling a house is a stressful experience, but Robin helped ease that through her care and support.
The result: Over one hundred visitors; 13 offers in a week’s time; sale for 130% of asking price! We thank Robin and her thoughtful approach for helping us get this transaction accomplished smoothly and to our maximum benefit.

Robin is an incredibly professional agent who will do what it takes to make your wishes come true. Not only was she willing to come across the water with little notice, she very quickly went to work getting an offer together that same day to ensure the «dream cottage» did not get away. The Northwest is a very competitive market, so I appreciate her making things happen quickly. She was incredibly responsive to questions we asked and kept us very well informed as we went through the process. She was a wonderful guide throughout.
Her legal background and experience give her an edge. She is very knowledgable, and she was able to give us the information we needed to make necessary decisions. Even with our whirlwind purchase, her attention to detail and timing kept the purchase on track.

Robin helped us sell our home and buy our new home in 2014. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else help us through the process.
Having bought one house before, I was pleasantly surprised by Robin’s attention to detail and her consideration of our wants and needs. She worked hard, despite no longer living in area in which my home was located. With little kids, and a thriving real estate business, I know THAT had to be difficult. But she never complained. She was never NOT available (by text, email, phone, in person). She asked a lot of questions, and she answered even more of them (lots for me to know about selling a house in WA State, who knew?).
She vetted buyers. She vetted their agents (believe me, you’ll appreciate this if you care about who comes in/​out of your home). She was tireless, fierce, kind, gentle, and did it all with a fabulous smile and flair.
I had built my dream home. I didn’t really want to sell, but my dreams of living on an island in the Puget Sound were stronger than my desire to stay in a house that no longer worked for my long term goals. It was going to bring me financial freedom, and emotional relief to know I’d be moving to an area where the schools are a million times better. She was patient with ALL those things, and gently led me forward.
If I could have packed it up and taken it with me, I would have. Since I couldn’t, I’m so grateful that Robin was there to hold my hand while I put it up for sale, and watched it go.
Her legal background helped me navigate a paperwork process which isn’t always a lot of fun. Her being a mom helped me (and my young daughter) with the emotional stuff. And overall, she was just an Ace in getting the job done. Couldn’t have been more pleased. My only regret is that she can’t help me find the «perfect house» here on my little island. Because, if I could, I’d re-​hire her in a heartbeat.

We purchased our West Seattle house with Robin in February 2013, and we fully credit her with landing us the sale. Robin is a legal wiz, and is super nice to boot! It was a delight to work with her!
