History
Established in 1983.
Beverly established her business in 1983 after completing her Master’s in Violin Performance degree at the University of Washington in Seattle. The business was originally located on Capitol Hill, but subsequently moved to the Greenwood area of Seattle for which the business is named. After 15 years in that location the business moved close by to the Bitter Lake area into a brand new building and studio space. The space boasts 20 foot ceilings, 2 grand pianos, mirrors, comfy furniture and hand built benches which provide extra seating for student recitals, as well as housing for 2 violin cases underneath for storage during the event. Next door is a lovely coffee shop where students or parents often hang out before or after lessons. Across the street is beautiful Bitter Lake with its park, play area and Community Center. Other businesses nearby give customers additional educational or personal care choices.
