Great experience, would definitely recommend Greener Northwest’s services and even request Keith and Damonte. They were very professional and courteous, in and out in about 45 minutes, and the quality was excellent. We scheduled the earliest appointment (8am) so as to not interrupt the office work too much, and Greener NW showed up 15 minutes early ready to go. Even our years-​old coffee stains came out and the carpet looked brand new. Rate was very reasonable, well worth it.

Completely satisfied with their work. They arrived not just on time but a few minutes early (preceded by a phone call letting me know they would be and asking me to call back if that was any problem). They finished everything within an hour, and the carpets looked great and were dry the same afternoon. No residual chemical smell whatsoever, either. Great company!

Not much that I can say that hasn’t been said. Keith is super nice. They were early. They worked quickly. They did a great job. No chemical smell. The carpets look great. I’m getting my townhouse ready to sell, after renting it out for several month. There were several stains through out the house, especially in the front entrance and up the stairs. I wasn’t very confident a cleaning company could get them out and thought I might have to replace carpet.
I called Greener Northwest carpet cleaners during the week and they got me on their schedule that Saturday.
The guys showed up right on time and were super friendly. I liked that they didn’t have big clunky hoses. And they got the whole house cleaned in under two hours.
I was blown away with how amazing the carpets looked. All the stains came out and they looked brand new. I would highly recommend this company. They are awesome! Great job guys

I was pressed to find someone to clean my carpet in my apartment — I only had a week to find someone. I called these guys on a Thursday afternoon and they got right back to me. Keith was super professional and was able to accomodate to the time that I needed my carpets cleaned. Him and another guy actually arrived EARLY and were in and out in 15 minutes. The carpets in my apartment looked just like new afterwards! My favorite part is probably the fact that the products they used didn’t have a super chemically odor — that’s always the worst! Definitely will use these guys in the future.

Keith was turned away by my condo concierge the first time he tried to come due to strict insurance rules.
This was my fault for not checking prior to him coming, but he was understanding and immediately got to getting the required paperwork. He kept in touch the entire time and answered any questions I had right away.
As soon as the paperwork got filed with my condo, he immediately contacted me to schedule, came, did his work, and got out after turning my cat hair infested sofa into a brand new one.
He was super friendly the entire time. Would recommend to anyone!

I picked this company based on Unilocal reviews, and was not disappointed. Keith and his assistant were early, and cleaned my two armchairs and ottoman in about an hour. The 15 year old chairs were showing a lot of wear and tear as well as staining, and at the end of the process, most of the stains were gone and they looked respectable again. Keith also gave me pointers for keeping them clean in the future with scotchguard. All in all, a great experience.

Keith was friendly on the phone when I was booking the appointment and the same way when he came to my house to complete the job. Those familiar with home service companies know that phone and in-​person personas don’t always match up. They cleaned our townhome in preparation for listing it for sale and did a great job. Everything was quick and easy and they are very competitive on price.

I really appreciate Greener NW — this is the second time we have used Keith and his crew. They do excellent work, our carpets are cleaner than they have ever been (sorry DA Burns!) and afterwards our house is CLEAN (not smelling like chemicals). Stains that had been there for years (worked on multiple times) are GONE thanks to the equipment and products used by Greener NW. Our wall to wall is not new, but it certainly looks new from the care received from Greener NW. We have also been very happy with the cleaning of upholstered chairs and sofas, and our area rugs. With Keith you are working with the owner of a business that cares enough to bring a strong commitment for environmental and health-​friendly products in your home or business. Greener NW has my highest recommendation for value and quality.

This was a great experience start to finish. Keith worked with me playing with schedules and dates that best suited both of us. They showed up prompt, were extremely polite, answered all my questions and did a fabulous job. Additionally, they let me know they guarantee their work which I really appreciate as I had some pretty bad stains.

EXCELLENT :) They called on the day of the appointment, because they were running early — and the whole process took less than an hour for 3 large conference rooms and and office. The carpets look better than they ever have — and we’ve had our carpets cleaned by a different company within the past year. They’re way better than the last two companies we’ve used.
ALSO — the price was great!!! We’re so happy!

I emailed Greener Northwest Carpet the completed submission form on the evening of July 30^th as I was impressed with all their great reviews on here. Literally within 10 minutes (at 9:27pm!), Keith replied with a quote and time slot for today, August 8^th. I called him the following morning and confirmed the appointment.
Keith and Dan arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time of 10am. I noticed that their tools of the trade are way less high maintenance and bulky that what I have seen other carpet cleaning companies haul into my co-​op building. No noisy pressure washer type equipment, no hoses trailing up and down the stairs and out the front door connected to a «something» in a van.
The fee actually came in under the quoted price once Keith had measured the area of my living room, hallway and bedroom. I have to admit I was rather embarrassed at the state of my boring beige carpets. It’s been at least 3 years since they’ve been cleaned and they had an unattractive patchwork of red wine, beer, coffee and numerous other «mysterious» stains ingrained into them. Keith and Dan were not fazed at all. As they got to work on it, I felt happy to leave them to it and take the dog out for a walk.
I returned about 45 minutes later just as they were finishing up to totally transformed carpets! All the stains and discolouration had vanished and the carpet looked plump and new again. Also my place smelled so clean and natural, no pungent chemical aroma. Keith told me it would be fully dry in a few hours and I should vacuum it again before putting the furniture back. He also advised me NOT to be barefoot as natural oils etc from feet could hinder the drying process.
I highly recommend Keith and Dan. They are punctual, professional and perform carpet magic at a reasonable price. Will definitely use their services again when my carpets are in need of some TLC.

Our carpets had been badly soiled by 10 years if wear and raising of 2 puppies. When Keith and Dan left, it literally looked new again.
