History

Established in 2008.

Bjorn started Hydra Clean Northwest back in 2008 after having spent years working in the landscape construction industry. His love of restoring and beautifying customers homes was taken indoors. He bought his first industrial van mounted steam cleaning system from Fjord King Carpet Care systems (a friend in the business) and began cleaning anything and everything that can be steamed.

Bjorn has been contracted for environmental services by large entities such as Northwest Hospital, Pacific Northwest Property Management, Windemere Realty, John L. Scott, The Gottman Institute, SOG Specialty Knives and Tools, Carlisle Classic Homes, and Archstone Development.

Hydra Clean Northwest’s view for the future is to become a full service cleaning and restoration company.

We currently service and restore — carpets, upholstery, tile/​grout, pet/​urine damage, and specialize in odor control.

Hunter from Hydra Clean cleaned the carpets in our new house before we moved in. He did a fantastic job. Before the appointment, he was good at keeping in touch with text messages, so I knew when to expect him to arrive at my appointment. I bought a coupon on Angie’s List and asked him to add a few more rooms to clean that weren’t covered with the coupon. He was able to provide an invoice online after the service, and I was able to pay online after. This was most convenient, because I had a lot to take care of with moving into the house the next day. Hunter was professional and polite. I would recommend Hydra Clean to anyone, and I will definitely call them again for their services.

Hunter came to our house today and did a fantastic job. He was thorough, careful and professional. Our carpets look good as new.
He was responsive, kept in touch from initial request to arriving at our house. I was very impressed with his equipment, efficiency and great attitude.

Our carpets get rough treatment with our dog and three cats. 20 year old light tan in color. We bought am Angie’s List coupon for Hydra Clean and scheduled the appointment for the day before our big «goodbye» party for our dear friends who are moving to Oregon. A few hours before Bjorn was to show up, he called and apologized for having truck problems and thought we would have to reschedule. I explained about our party, the condition of the carpet, and hopes someone could come out today as planned. He said he understood our predicament and said he would arrange a cleaning. He certainly did! He arranged for his Snohomish agent named Hunter who came at the arranged time. Hunter really knew what he was doing — cleaned the carpets so well that they look new! We could hardly believe it!

We moved out of a wall-​to-​wall carpet house. Bjorn and his partner accomplished a four bedroom house under two hours.
They were efficient and professional. My landlord was impressed and asked me for their information.
Note: Bjorn is a great communicator via text messaging. Which is great! They were running behind and were able to keep in the loop so that I didn’t have to wait around.

We needed a last minute carpet clean and they showed up within 2 hours! Super friendly service and ready to help out on sort notice. They used their fancy pet hair tools to clean after previous tenant and everything was spotless when I got home. I am allergic to animals and since have not had any concerns. I would definitely recommend them!

We have had our dog since she was a puppy. Unfortunately, she has left stains all over the carpeted area of our house. Hydra Clean came and made all of our carpets look like new. They also cleaned our couch (after calling to confirm the fabric — very professional), which I thought was on its last leg. I think we’ll be able to get another year or two out of it.
We are very satisfied with their work and will definitely be calling them anytime we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned.

These guys were great. I had to call Bjorn twice, both times it went to voice mail but he got right back to me immediately. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. When I need to get my carpets cleaned again I’ll be calling them.
NOTE: the job included 5 rooms and two hallways (~1500sqft), they were in and out in about an hour.

We have two large dogs, three cats and two kids and need regular carpet cleaning. Hydra Clean NW does an amazing job for a very reasonable price! We use them about 3 – 4 times per year and all of our rugs look brand new after being cleaned. I’m sure it has extended the life of our rugs too. Also, service is always prompt and friendly! Big thumbs up!

I had seen HydraClean’s Ad on 15th Ave right before getting onto the Ballard Bridge. $ 115 for carpet cleaning for any size home! I was moving out of my townhouse, so I needed to find someone who could deep clean my carpets. He did an amazing job! He got all the stains out and the carpet looks better than new. I will definitely use Hydraclean again if I need to get my carpets cleaned!
